The college is out of city.University College of Engineering and Technology, previously known as Govt. college of Engineering and Technology, is an autonomous institution of the government of Rajasthan, and a constituent college of Bikaner Technical University. It is one of the prestigious educational institutions of Rajasthan Government.

Campus Life

Hostel Facilities
CET Bikaner Food and facilities were good. Every room was the two-seater. Few students were living in PG outside the campus. During 2009-13 the average expense in PG's was around Rs 5000.the hostle life is very good.
Alumni/Alumna
In the first year, it is all about what impression you make on the professor. If you are lethargic in the first year, that tag is carried along with you for all 4 years. If you are sincere in the first year, you can expect some leniency from the professors in the forthcoming years.
Admission
REAP Registration will commence from the last week of March. The application forms can be through online mode by visiting the official website. There is no separate entrance test as such but REAP Application Form ensures admission to the engineering degrees through JEE score. It will help candidates seek admission to both Government and private colleges of engineering.
Faculty
The faculty of the college are good.
