My college review

Overall its a decent college to enroll in and studying here has provided me good amount of exposure. All that matters is utilizing the resources at its optimum level wherever you are. I have learned a lot in 8-9 months time that i have spent here, and it will benefit me in my long term career growth.

You'll be exposed to various courses such as - Financial Accounting, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management Organizational Behavior, Managerial and Professional Skills, Cost Accounting, Statistics, Analytical tools etc . 1st year everything will be same for all, from next year students will be taught their opted specialization courses. The exam pattern is based on a combination of your class participation, assignments, tests and exams conducted. The exam paper is also not purely based on the theoretical knowledge but patterned to test your critical thinking and decision-making ability.

Companies that come for placements are - TCS, EY, Syngene, AON, WalmartLabs, Axis Bank, NextGen, BYJUS etc We have a student placement cell for the internship as well as the final placements, where students also contribute to bring companies and develop their networking skill.

We have cultural events and celebrate - Fresher's, Diwali celebration, cultural-week, Management fest, TEDx event. Now and then we have guest lectures and renowned people come from various companies- HP, State street, PwC etc and various field- HR, finance, Marketing, Analytics to upskill our knowledge.

Fee Structure is feasible and flexibility in the mode of payment - online, offline. Fees include everything - books, mess food, hostel fees ( if you are staying in the hostel). The college is very transparent with regard to the fee structure and shows the breakup of the fees in a clear format to avoid any further misconception or misunderstanding.

I have not opted for any educational loan, my family is paying for the college amount in total. Yes, there are scholarship opportunities for students from ISME based on the scores you have garnered in your entrance exam, 12th, graduation. We have 4 clubs where each and every student have to be a part of. These 4 clubs are - communication, CSR, E-cell, Literary. Various competition is conducted in these clubs such as Debate, MIME, Video filming competition, Blood donations, visiting villages, going to various startup and knowing their workings, how to pool funds etc, writing articles on various blogs etc. Your skills get sharpened and abilities enhanced. The ratio of girls to boys is pretty much same, I would stay the number of girls exceed the number of boys , this has been the trend for the past few batches.

Tidy, Clean, Spacious . For girls its 2 sharing rooms and Boys its - 2 to 3 sharing rooms. All time hot water facility, Dispensary room for sick people, Common room in the hostel are present. All the groceries shop are available nearby the college, bus stop facility.

There had been a meetup with alumni where the previous batches of the various field - finance, HR, Marketing where they shared their hurdles faced, the knowledge gained and talked about experiential learning. We have a head for keeping in track our alumni connectivity and we get to meet our alumni on various events and guest lectures

Few positives about the college - fee structure, Infrastructure - Whole Campus, Hostel facility in the campus premises itself for girls as well as boys, open-air amphitheatre. Volleyball, Badminton court is also provided. The USP of the college is its professional faculty who are rich incorporate knowledge- and their availability is 24*7 for the students.
