My College review

The college had a semester system of education. Hence, for the MBA program, we had 4 semesters. Each semester different subjects along with the elective subjects were taught. I studied Human Resource Management as my specialization subject in which I learned about Organisational theory and development and designs and Labour legislation which was a core subject and needed to be studied. Also, we had this summer internship in which we all had to work in an organization and submit the report before the commencement of the 3rd semester.

The placement section was very powerful and prospers the students to demonstrate their best side in professionalism. Hence, we all were indulged in various interviews as well as communication skill development workshops along with the industrial interaction where we were given an opportunity to present our candidature in front of MNC's and Reputed companies like RBL, American Express, Concentrix, etc.

Here we used to celebrate various festivals like Diwali, Dussehra and the cultural events were organized to make the students involved in the activities to maintain mental and physical balance. In my 2nd semester, I participated in the dance competition which was held in our college.

The MBA program requires a lot of attention. And investing in this course was a good decision, Every semester I paid Rs 17,500/- and in every Odd semester, I paid Rs 5000/-. In Total, I invested Rs 80,000/-, and every year I paid Rs 40,000/-.

I took TANCET exam after I graduated as I was sure to take admission in MBA program, Hence, after going through the eligibility criteria of this college I filled the application form and attached all my academic documents, TANCET scorecard, Two passport size photograph and registration amount which was only Rs 500/- and sent the application form directly to the manager of the college.

All the faculty members were experienced with 12 plus years of teaching. Apart from this, their teaching strategy was innovative as they involved us in the subject matter for enhancing better learning of each and every managerial related topic.
