Love this college

The course curriculum was updated as per the norms prescribed by the Anna University. Course structure consists of studying a wide variety of topics under general management for the first two semesters while studying specialization subjects for the last two semesters. Along with these core subjects, the curriculum also consists of elective subjects like language, computer application, behavioral studies, etc.

We had a dedicated placement cell responsible for coordinating with different corporate and organizing activities like industrial visits, corporate meetups, seminars, placement drives, etc. Aditya Birla, Mitsibushi, RBL Bank, PNB Paribas, etc. are some of the big brands which visit our campus for the recruitment drives. Though the packages offered good, still there is a lot of scope for improvement.

My annual fee was around 40k, which was pretty feasible especially for a professional program. Fee payment cycle was of six months, i.e. we paid fee on semester basis. The entire college is pretty affordable on whole, including the day to day expenses.

Different co-curricular and extra-curricular activities are organized quite frequently in our college. Guest lectures on 'ethics in advertising', on social media advertising, on 'logistics management', were some of the key concerns f these guest lectures. Annual day, sports day, freshers and many other events are also celebrated with a raging enthusiasm.

Our college invites all the alumni for the annual alumni meet in order to boost the networking among the students and alumni. The alumni share their personal experiences and career path they have taken. The placement wing coordinates with the alumni to invite companies for on-campus placement.

Admissions are granted on the basis of TANCET entrance exam. My TANCET cut off was 55 percentile. Students have to attend counseling conducted by Anna University. Students belonging to Tamil Nadu state are given priority in the seat allocation process over applicants from other states.

Faculty was well qualified and suitable for the job roles, they were appointed for. For instance, the finance faculty had experience in the corporate sector in the financial sector. Accordingly, all of our faculty members were experienced, which shaped their style of teaching. They taught us by giving live examples and challenging situations we could face.
