Remarks

Good education is provided here.Teaching is good.It is away from the city. But it is quite peaceful.Good environment and climatic conditions.A slight low in the holidays is the thing which worries us in the most

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The curriculum is good. Our exams are in general consisting of three sets of internals during the academic year and various monthly and weekly tests in between. Our final exam pattern consists of theory and practical examination

Placement Experience

4

This being MBBS.We have a compulsory internship for a period of 365 days in the hospital, posted in various clinical departments like general medicine, general surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics etc.No stipend is provided though.

College Events

3.5

Our college usually celebrates our college fest, which is an event which lasts for a period of one month. It includes two components sports and culturals.Sports for a period of 15-20 days and the rest being culturals. The main events occur in the last three days ,which includes quiz, all general quiz, medical quiz, staff quiz, finals for solo singing, group singing, dance performances, prize distribution etc

Fee Structure And Facilities

College fee is dependent on the quota seat which we secure.A category seat fee is very less and is feasible. Hostel fee is a little high, considering the facilities available. But it's not too expensive though

Fees and Financial Aid

Government provided scholarship is offered in our college. But a lot of process is involved in getting the scholarship details. Students must register for the scholarship program based on the requirements in the first year of the course.and they must renew their scholarship every academic year through biometry

Campus Life

3.5

Sports facilities are available on the campus. We have a huge ground where people play cricket and can practice various other sports like throwball, kho kho etc. There is a volleyball ground.we have an indoor place for indoor games like badminton, tennicoit, handball.Other indoor games like chesa, carroms are also available.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes. Recently an alumni association has been created in our college and they had their first get together. And seniors are quite friendly with us and help us in our works. We keep interacting with them at every part of the day,be it in hostel or in the hospital at our postings.

Admission

After getting a required rank in eamcet.I went to counselling at my own place and was given various options.I selected my college through online counselling. After that I went to the college which is located in Kuppam, which is nearly a five hour journey from my home town. For the first time I went to Kuppam through train.then went to the college together with my parents. We waited near the office for sometime after which we were asked to pay the required fees and to fill up the admission forms with required details. We were asked to submit various documents, both original and Xerox copies.

The curriculum that we follow us CBME curriculum. That reflects the clinical knowledge blended with the general knowledge of mbbs and this curriculum suits us in terms of many applications to the practice of medicine. The difficulty level is increased for the final exams but it is good for the competition that increased in these days.

My choice for this profession is that,it gives highest level of respect It is the Profession to save the lives of people The life which was taken away by the evil can be dragged back by the doctors The first year's dissection of cadavers,2nd 3rd 4th year's gives the experience to treat any case and to overcome the fear of blood No improvements needed in our college,as everything seems perfect Timing is planned by expertise, frequency of exams is very accurate and gives boost to remember every topic

Course Curriculum Overview:

1}the specific aspect that influenced my decision are my parent and relatives who hold the social stigma of being a doctor can give a secured life whereas nowadays doctor is one of the most vulnerable profession due to the incidents that are happening recently 2}the cirriculum is not great for students when it comes to the topic of facing real world situations as being in pvt.college doesnt exopse us to vasr amount of patients and mostly the graduates dont know how to deal with patients 3}the areas that should need an improvement is in imrpoving dissection hall facilities and posting lessers members in a sysytematic way to give time for each and every student a better exposure to the patients 4}the frequency of exams is adequate enough for an above avg student to cope up with the burdensome and vast syllabus but it might be diffucult for a below avg student and my perspective of the difficulty level is somewhat tough and stressful

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually MBBS is structured in such a way that it helps students step by step to learn.. it's anything but perfect .. I am not in a position to suggest but when we are exposed to this vast world in first year which is entirely new to us,it is difficult for us to adjust. We step by step start learning to accommodate in this new world and by the time we adjust and start reading first year comes to and end and then only running,we don't have time to atleast cover our basics so that we can continue for further 3 years.. basics when we aren't aware of we can't confidently go into next years syllabus, but if we try studying basics in the next year we will be again lagging the next year syllabus and cycle goes on.. Mental pressure is the most common that we all feel and for relieving we don't have anything,no cultural activity,no sports,nothing.. that is why many are getting on the wrong side and getting addicted to phone, movies, other addictions
