Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Syllabus was carefully curated in order to mentally prepare students not only for treating patients in India only but Internationally. Our course initially consisted of theory classes with less practical classes, but as we moved on our curriculum demanded us to be more involved in the hospitals and practical sessions.

Placement Experience

4.5

There is no clear-cut placement model in our institute, since you don't have to look for a job after passing from here. College does provide internship assistance, and sometimes students end up joining their internship institution or even Bharti Vidyapeeth college.

College Events

4

During the session youth festivals and sports day are celebrated extensively. The curriculum was neatly created by maintaining a balance between academics and sports activities. Different symposiums, seminars and many other happenings take place in our institute.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My one year fee was humongous around 20 lacs per year. The course is one of the most expensive programs in the country. The entire course cost me over 1 Crore, for which I had to take a student loan.

Campus Life

4.5

Sports activities are less frequent in our university, since the curriculum kept us that busy. Apart from that, we got to attend some youth fests and seminars and guest lectures. We even participated in inter-college delegation competition.

Admission

Admissions in BVMC college are on the basis of NEET exam. A merit list of qualified students are prepared on the basis of the NEET rank of the students. My name was there in the second merit list and the next step was document verification.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty was most talented and without their support, it would have been difficult to get through with this course. Both the teaching and non-teaching faculty was good and we learned so much from them. They would constantly push us to take ownership of treating a patient. In the beginning I was hesitant, but my confidence grew with time.

The course is standard for all MBBS courses. There are theory lectures and practical classes. Hospital exposure begins in the second year onwards. Current revisions in the course like introduction of logbook etc are unnecessary and time consuming.
