Review about our college

College fees is good for poor families. Scholarship is given to only SC/ST students it is bad. College buildings are in bad condition. In class fans, lights, benches are in poor condition. Washrooms are soo dirty.

Bachelor of Computer Applications is a good course for computer loving students. Exams are held semester wise. There are 6 semester in total and it is a 3 years course. There are 4 subjects and 1 practical examination in each semester. Each exam is of 80 marks and 20 marks is of internal. 3 hours are given to you for completing your exam.

Placements are not so good and not so bad. Deserving students get their placement. Some big companies come to college for the placements like Yamaha , Wipro etc. But they hire only some of the students. Average placement given to students by college are 50%

In Pt. Jln govt college events are celebrated but not so much. Some events like Sports day, Freshers party, Farewell, Diwali, Teacher's day, Holi etc. Are celebrated in the college. And they take students to other colleges for competitions.

Fee structure of the college is very feasible and can be easily paid by mostly any family. It's one year fees is less than 1 month fees of any private college. This college is good for poor families like me to complete their education.

In our college scholarship is given only to those students who are SC/ST. Otherwise no kind of scholarship is given to general caste students no matter who deserves it or not. This is such a bad mentality of the college faculty or university.

In our college condition of the labs are very very poor and there is no kind of practical work done in labs. They are so dirty. Sports activities are fine in the college. Sports like running and cricket are practiced everyday.

Senior students don't do any kind of ragging to junior students. If we want books or previous year papers or tips about placement interview we ask our seniors and they help us. Yes they are very helpful.

First you should apply online for appearing in merit list. There are 4 merit list. After your name is on the merit list you have to go to college to verify your documents and then your admission is approved after you submit the admission fees in the college and a reciept is given to you.

Faculty of college has some good teachers and some bad teachers. Good teachers are really good and you will respect them. Bad teachers are also fine in teaching but they don't have manners to talk to students.
