Remarks

Mostly negative, it was in village, bus services was there for train station, campus was bigger and better. Canteen was less hygienic but cheep. No seriousness about timings.lack of experienced teaching faculty etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

As this college comes under University of Mumbai, course curriculum is perfectly designed. Course consist of 8 semesters in 4 years. Each semester has 2 unit test 1 practice exam(all subjects), 1 oral exam (all subjects), and 1 final exam.

Placement Experience

0.5

College does not provide better placements. I remember for computer engineering students, they come up with BPO for recruitment. College doesn't provide any internships. They will provide placement assistance. Every week there will be aptitude or technical test for practice. Overall experience is negative.

College Events

3.5

College used to celebrate all events, every week there used to be something new happenings inside campus.some of the memorable events are Areal 244, crystal, freshers party, anual sports competition, robotic and programing workshops.

Fee Structure And Facilities

fees were feasible compare to other colleges. every year which is consist of 2 semester has to pay around 100000 - 110000. college used to give facilities to pay the amount in installments.for 4 years it will be around 450000.+ Accommodation extra

Fees and Financial Aid

I have availed maharastra state scholarship available for economically poor whos family income is less than 5 lack a year. Because of this scholarship every year i 50% of teaching fee back. Which i was able to use for next year.

Campus Life

3

Every week there was some activity planed like robatic workshop or programing workshop. Labs was there for every subject. Most of all the equipment are available in the lab. college has 2 cricket ground, 1 football ground, 1 basketball ground, and 1 badminton ground.

Hostel Facilities

2

Yes I opted for hostel. And it was not good. Infrastructure was very poor. Building was halfway constructed. Food was very poor. Wifi was available but connection was poor plus ony one connection per floor. Other services were there like loundry, common tv, hot water, water purifier.

Alumni/Alumna

There is no such thing as alumni network in this college. Sernior students were helpful. We used to get hand written notes from the seniors. And they used to guide us in the study. Choosing a type of books n etc

Admission

This college comes under University of Mumbai. To get addmission here you need to give Maharashtra state engineering common entrance test or all India engineering entrance exam. Everything is done through online process

Faculty

2

My opinion is mostly negative, maximum of the teachers were resent college passouts. Some teachers were experienced and was quite good at teaching. There no guest faculty provided for any subject. College should think about getting experienced faculty rather than hiring college passouts.

Placement Experience:

For 5th semester students become eligible for internship (stipend based)...And from 7th semester for placements. TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, Wipro, Tech Mahindra – for software roles Larsen & Toubro, Honeywell, Siemens, KPIT, Bosch, Persistent Systems – for core engineering roles (ENTC, Mechanical, IT) Other startups & IT product companies also visit for internships and full-time offers. Highest Package: Around ?24–28 LPA (mainly for CSE/IT students in product-based companies like Goldman Sachs, Amazon, TCS iON, etc.) Average Package: Around ?4.5–6 LPA for core and IT companies, and ?3.5–5 LPA for ENTC students. Each year, over 90% of CSE/IT/ENTC students get placed. Branch-specific placements may vary: CSE usually sees 95–98% placements, ENTC around 85–90%, and other branches slightly lower. I'm planning for higher degree (mtech)

Placement Experience:

The college has a dedicated Training and Placement(T&P) cell and has regular recruitment drives that work to place students in companies where they will be values highly. Each year, 600-700 students are placed from all the branches. More than 300+ companies visit but the ones that hire are limited such as TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, Tech Mahindra which generally are mass recruiters that look for employees that will work for 3LPA or 4.5LPA. The highest packages go to about 30 to 40 LPA domestic and 61 LPA foreign but it is very rare to get a placement like this and requries considerable effort on the side of the student as well. Average package is 7 LPA for CS/IT branch; 5 LPA for electronics and telecommunications branch; 4 LPA for mechanical. My plan after getting the degree is working for 1-2 years while simultaneously pursuing masters.
