Graphic era is the best instituition in whole of dehradun district but it accomodates much more students then it should be. Admissions are still taking place even when a semester is about to end. This results in chaos in the univeristy.

The course curriculum is simple and each student can easily understand every aspect of the subject. As for the exam structure, there are mid sem examinations and end sem examinations.There aur two exams held on a day in Mid sem examinations while only one exam on a day in end sem examinations. Mid sem contains maximum of 50 marks and end sem contains maximum of 100 marks. And the rest are considered for General proficiency and co-curicular activities.

The placement record here at graphic era hill university is splendid. It offers 100% placement to students with an average package of ? 10 lakh per annum. The highest package at which student has been placed is 55 lakh in square yards.

Each year many events are held in graphic era. A 3 days event named as grafest is held every year which includes performances from talented students, enjoyment and much more. Omnition, that is a 24 hours event where each student spends a whole day in innovating his ideas.

Fee structure is feasible. Even a middle class person can afford the fees at graphic era. Graphic era offers 5% discount for army personnels and 10% discount for girl child. If you are applying for PG course, you even get a scholarship based on your graduation result.

Scholarship is provided to only those students who are either pursuing PG course of have given entrance exam to take admission in the university. Only merit students are awarded the scholarship. As for a loan, the university has no issues regarding the sanction of a loan.

There are labs, a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis and badminton court, football field. Each is maintained to is very best. Any student who wishes to play can indulge in the activitities. There are 2-3 labs on each floor and each lab is installed with the latest tech.

Taking admission in graphic era is a simple task. You need to fill out the registration form and admission form with all the necessary documents such as 10th 12th marksheets, graduation marksheet(if applying for PG course), id proof, domicile etc. Each document is verified and your credentials are then stored in the system.
