Awesome College

They are always on our back. They makes us stronger molds as a good citizen and productive citizen for the country. Faculties are the gems of this college. They always encourages us,guides us,understands us. Classrooms are arranged in a well manner. The special thing about our college is it is a biocampus and also completely runs on solar energy. Use of plastic is reduced and collects the wastes as plastics, biodegradable wastes. Negative: Could include more sporting activities inside the college.

Course started on 2018. It carries through various portions on management skills,accounting skills,marketing management and finance management. The course follows a semester system. I consists of 4 semesters each semester having average 4-5 months and exams as follows.

There is a placement cell in our college which manages all the placement operations of students. The college also provides placements in their own Radio(macfast radio) and internship in Library. The students also gets internship from other businesses like Reliance TRENDS,Reliance Fresh etc

MACFIESTA It is a student fest conducted by all departments of MACFAST college. The upcoming fest is on December. MAKS The MACFAST Knowledge Scheme (MAKS) is a programme for helping financially backward meritorious students of the neighboring schools on developing their skills and qualities. Job fare MACFAST associating with government is running a job fare mela on November 4 2019 for job drives. And other plenty of events.

The fee could be paid in each semester. It is pretty expensive than other colleges around. The total fee will be around 4lakh. But the college is affiliated to mahatma gandhi university kottayam none other college around is affiliated to mahatma gandhi university. So it's an advantage and so that the fees can't be said that much expensive.

College provides a scholarship for students who secures most marks in their university exams. Based on UG course marks : ?Top 3 rank holders of any universities in kerala gets a 50% fees concession. ?Students secured more than 90% marks in university exams will get 10% fees concession. ?Students secured 80-90% marks will get 5% concession. Based on excellence in the academics during the MBA programme : ?Student who secures First position in college on university exam will get 20% of semester fees ?Student who secures Second position will get 14% of semester fees ?Student who secures Third position will get 7% of semester fees College doesn't provides loans but helps in acquiring loans from banks.

There is an event called wednesday gathering in each Wednesdays. Students of a batch will manage the gathering completely and will conduct entertaining,informative programs for an hour. Each batch will get a turn on Wednesdays. College encourages students to participate in events or fests conducted by other colleges. There is no such importance for sports.

Seniour students are always welcome to the college anytime. Their entrepreurship is promoted through holdings or boards in the college. College also conducts alumini meetings. As I mentioned they are always helpful for our seniors. They are also invited to our programs to share their experiences and to guide us through.

I wrote the entrance exam for MBA called KMAT. After I applied to this college with my KMAT rank. They verified my profile and called me for an interview and group discussion. As I passed all of them I got the admission.

All the faculties are very friendly and take cares of each and every person. Most of them holds PhD in management. They all are inspiring people for us. All the faculties welcomes us with a smile and solves any of the academic problem or personal problem for us. Overall, They are AWESOME!
