Remarks

To the college management I want to convey the the facility should be increased on the college campus so they the students may meet there own needs.

Entrance Preview

After passing out 10+2 eqivalent exam i filled college addmission form and then I wait for the merit list as I was enlisted I deposited the money in the cash counter of the college and than I took admission.

Internships Opportunities

TCS only offered the BCA students for the job near kolkata area with a handsome salary and a good office timing.

Placement Experience

Only TCS came for giving job to BCA students so the job facility for the BA student is quite undesirable. The job vacancies from this company was about 2000 so it took over arts students also. Here the students who received just a marks not so good are offered job for a nearby job.

College Events

The college celebrate annual function were the union perform dances and many other programs and the students are just simply participated in it. It also celebrate festival like Saraswati Puja to worship the god of learning. The other program like farewell is also organised to give a good memories to the students who are leaving the college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Post matrix scholarships are given to the students who get good marks in the results. The students didn't get any loan from the college.

Campus Life

All the facility are available in the college and the campus life is also so good that the students take actively part in it. Gender ratio is not so good for the girls with respect to the boys. The political affair is also so active in the college area which meet the students respect.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel faculty is quite good but the electric facility us not so good there. The fees is average as per the satisfying quality of the hostel. The fees are very high in case when seat is available so you can think about the case when seat will not be

Alumni/Alumna

The senior students used to treat the junior students with a very harsh manner and often used to make the feel sorry for themselves.

Faculty

Teachers are well educated and have a attractive look with a good conventional nature. They though us friendly manner and have a good behaviour.

Likes

One of the things i liked the most was the quality of lecture given by the professors
The campus is very spacious the college has every facility
A fully equipted studio and lab for Journalism students

Dislikes

Things i disliked was the most has to be the locality the college is really nice but the locality is a bit shady

I always wanted to take up Journalism as a career and the thing which caught my attention in this college is that they have a fully equipted studio room and other colleges may have one but the students even publish there own news report here it prepars us very well for the real world

My Experience at Jaipuria to summed it up.

Likes

Quality education and an academically enriching environment. Most importantly, well- versed professors.
Extra- curriculum activities, along with an active sports cell and NCC, and usually various opportunities to participate in Inter-College Competitions.
Well maintained gym with separate timings for girls and boys. The canteen offers a wide variety of foods at an affordable price.

Dislikes

For my department, there was no educational excursion.
Negligence internship opportunities are available for my course.
Only some placement opportunities are available, and companies like TCS and Wipro came up for campus placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My passion and a bit of curiosity in International Relations led me to choose this course. The curriculum, in fact, prepared me well for further academic pursuits. For improvement, educational excursions and internship opportunities should be made available. The exam is held twice a year on semester basis, with papers set at a moderate to difficult level.

A balanced view of campus life and learning

Likes

The English department has experienced and supportive teachers. Most professors explain concepts clearly and encourage discussions, close reading and critical thinking.
The course is very affordable, especially compared to private colleges. With scholarships, it becomes accessible for students from middle and lower income backgrounds.
The college has a friendly and diverse student crowd. The girls to boys ratio is balanced with slightly more female students, which creates a comfortable learning atmosphere.

Dislikes

The infrastructure needs improvement. Classrooms and common areas could be better maintained and modern facilities are limited.
There are very few placement opportunities for arts students.
Although some academic events take place, extracurricular activities and active student societies could be improved for better campus life.

Placement Experience:

There are limited on campus placement opportunities here, especially for Arts and Eng Hons students. Most students focus on higher studies, competitive exams or off campus opportunities after graduation. The college provides basic guidance through teachers but formal placement drives are rare.

Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira: A Life Changing Experience

Likes

The college has an ideal atmosphere for studying and the hostel accommodation allowed for close bonding with seniors who helped us out in studies as well as personal matters. The teachers are extremely talented and treated us with care and respect.
It is an all boys college and it is without any doubt a ragging-free campus. There is anti-ragging cell as well as student councelling cell available on the campus to help out with these issues.
The experience of hostel life and the close sense of community that is formed during my stay has been instrumental in my growth and the strict implementation of discipline in our daily lives enriched me and changed my life for the better.

Dislikes

The administration is not always the best. Applications, forms, seminars and event permits all required a long time to get approved by the authorities as most of the time it meant compromising our strict schedule as it is a residential college.
The average food quality in the mess could be better. Again it is not always the best but for the most part it is decent.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum provides a comprehensive retrospective of literature from the Old English period to Modern period, while also including English works by Indian authors to demonstrate the diversity and evolution of English literature over the years. The current curriculum I believe requires more seminars and lectures from guest faculties on contemporary research and topics.

Likes

I really like the environment of our college .
And the brilliant and talented professors with phed
And the friendly nature of the people in the college

Dislikes

The unavailability of the boys hostel in our college .
No bigger playground to play ...as there is only volleyball court to play .
The toilet facilities are not poorly managed .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really liked geography as a subject for learning and exploring as it includes fieldwork , surveys and excursion which enhances our mind and experience in our life and this way we have many opportunities to learn new things in our life which is helpful for our future purposes. The only improvements I would like to note that to improve the toilet facilities and placement opportunities.

My overall experience is too good with good environment
I get proper theoretical knowledge from experienced faculties.
We get hands on experience from different star categories of hotels during the course in every weekend.

I' will not apply any other colleges other than this because this college is very nearest for me I will also not apply any other colleges because they are also very similar curriculum like this college. I secured 76%marks in 12th board examination so that I have not done any much hardwork for addmission in this college. There not so much cutoff needed for admission.when you are qualified 12th board examination with a minimum 40% or 45% marks you can also apply and get admission in this college but you have to apply before seat gets filled....Read More
