The best thing about the college is its fee structure which does allow the candidates who are not able to afford the expensive engineering colleges an opportunity to pursue engineering and advance their career.

The course curriculum is very comprehensive and detailed. This gives the student to learn more and more things theoretically and also the faculties there who are very experienced gives them practical knowledge required for the subject.

There are lots of placements and job opportunities in the college itself, the college also gives on the job training to the students which helps them to further their career growth. There is a separate placement committee set up in the college.

The total fees of the college for four year course is only 116800 Rs which is very very affordable. This type of fees structure is only seen in some private colleges of India, which also gives good facilities to the students.

There are separate hostels available for boys and girls whose fees is only Rs 50000, which is very affordable and this allows students to live near their college only saving their transportation costs and travel time.

The admission process of the college is similar to all the other colleges affiliated under Anna University. They have to sit in TNEA and then face an interview to get through and get admission in the college.

The faculty ratio of the college is 1/26 which is very impressive. This means that there are 1 professor for every 26 students which means that faculty is able to give attention to each and every student. The experience of the faculty varies between 10-14 years.
