Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Exams are held at the end of every academic year. My course is of two years so i will sit for two final exams. Each exam is for 100 marks, 80 written paper and 20 for assignments. To secure a pass in exams i have to get more than 35% marks.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My fees is very affordable. I pay for every academic year i study. For two years i pay Rs.23,000 in total. The fee breakdown is Rs.11,500 for every year. This is very affordable and can be afforded by all students.

Campus Life

2

The Sri Venkateswara University, Directorate of Distance Education is a distance education institution. As such they do not have any sports facilities for their long distance students. My course is long distance and i don't access to sports facilities.

Admission

I took admission in my course by applying online though the university website. I filled out an application form and also uploaded all my transcripts and marksheets. I also had to pay an application fee.

Faculty

The university organizes classes for some days in a year when i can go in and get my doubts cleared. the students ask us for our doubts. If we have any other doubts regarding career, they help us regarding it too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is so updated and they focus more on application. They also provide us with the knowledge of emerging fields and opportunities. But i feel like the curriculum should be less hectic for the students. The exams are veru frequent here because there will be 3 internal assessments before the main exams and they are so hectic.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course here in sri Venkateswara university is master of science in statistics. This subject seems to be very interesting and I am very happy with the knowledge that I can get to know from my faculty. Coming to exams and conducting exams they give much time from sem to sem. As it is a semester system we have a lot of time to study. We will be having two internal exams and an external exam. Internal exam is for 20 marks and external exam is for 80 marks on a total of 100 marks.
