Course Curriculum Overview

4

For a course which extends as long as 5 years with 10 semesters, the course has vast number of subjects. From Indian perspective to all other international perspectives, we are taught about laws ranging from family, contracts to business environment, research etc. We also have an internship and moot court exercise as a part of our syllabus in the 10th semester to get a real life experience in the field of law. Law is not only about working in courts and huge firms, in our college we are taught that law is applicable in almost every aspect in our lives.

Placement Experience

3.5

Our college has a separate Placement Cell where the college ties up with many firms and organizations for the students to secure a good job. There are on campus interviews which take place and students are allotted as per their skills and language. Every year we notice some new firm or organization who is willing to come and give placements to the students of our college.

College Events

4

There is an annual day celebrated in our college where the college appreciates all the students who have performed academically well and have been regular to the college. Another best part is the sports meet. Different teams with different sport categories are formed and they compete with other colleges around the city. These days are so much fun, we are always excited to host all these days and give our best.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

We have All Girls Hostel in the campus which provides accommodation along with basic mess facilities to the students studying and availing the hostel facility. The hostel environment feels safe and secure, a big thank you to the hostel wardens and management. There is a very friendly environment and the wardens and the chief wardens are helpful towards the girls too. There has been positive feedback regarding the hostel and its service.

Admission

During my admission, we had to give the entrance exam for law admission. There was an interview where our communication skills were checked, and on that basis we were allotted seats. Criteria for admission is at least 50 percent in the 12th grade. The students who score 80 percent and above are given admission on the spot without any interview.

Faculty

4

Our faculty consists of teachers which are highly educated, have experience practicing in the field of law. Learning becomes fun when you have a faculty that is very intelligent, knowledgeable and talented. A subject like law, which needs talented and brilliant teachers in the staff, our college has it all. We never have had any complaint regarding our faculty. They help us in every way possible, be it academic or interpersonal issues.

Placement Experience:

It is better to start internship in 2nd or 3rd year for proper legal understanding before a student graduates from the college. The college will provide practical knowledge but it does not encounter proper real life situatons.

The worst they are very unfair the faculties leak the question papers for money and take money from students under the table for clearing their backlogs nd for year back. Most faculties are worthless they don't kn how to teach or explain they discriminate on the basis of ethnicity.
