Remarks

The positive remark is for the well qualified and co-operative staff. And some of the negative points of the college is that students are not allowed to take any object inside the library such ad book, notes, or cell phone. The washrooms in the college are in hygienic. Sometimes the college also fails to provide purified water in the campus. And some of the water coolers don't even work.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

There are no technical courses available in the college. Courses offered here are B.A(subjects offered-hindi, english, history, geography, sociology, public administration, psychology, economics, political studies, defence studies, functional English, home science, music and vocals) ,M.A(psychology) B.Com, M. Com, B.Sc(information technology) B.Sc(biotechnology) B.Sc(medical/non-medical)andB.Sc (computer science).

Internships Opportunities

No my college does not provide any type of internship. Because the courses offered here are Non-technical which barely need any of the internships. But the students here are offered practical classes fir the subjects they are learning including the computer awareness course and some computer diploma courses.

Placement Experience

1

They don't offer us a job here.Only the students who are interested in the teaching line can apply for the lecturer post after their post-graduation in any field that the college offers. Here the students are taught according to their courses which they have chosen according to their field of interest.

College Events

4

Each and every event that makes the students about the current situation, thinking and aspects of the society and surroundings are celebrated in the college. Besides these the government initiatives. The other co curricular events like talent hunt, youth festival, quizs, sports day etc are also held in the college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is quiet expensive. The fees depends on the subjects you have choosen. Because for the practical subjects laboratory charges are taken. But with each practical subject we have to pay a self finance fees which is just non-reasonable. And sometimes you have pay a self finance fees (upto 2000)for a non-practical subject.

Fees and Financial Aid

According to me, Yes there are scholarship facilities for the poor and the lower caste students which are not given to the students from general category i think. I am not sure whether there is any sports quota criteria available for the scholarship in the college.

Campus Life

3.5

Extracurricular activities like science exhibition, rangoli competition, poster and slogan making etc are held in the college. The government initiatives like ??????? ?? ????? is every time held in our college. The other co curricular events like talent hunt, youth festival, quizs, sports day etc are also held in the college.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel infrastructure is well built. The hostel facilities are good which increase in number every year. Every year a new facility is introduced for the convenience of the hostel students. But there are a lot of restrictions about the allowance of android phone and the outings that are banned during the exam times or sometime without exams.

Alumni/Alumna

The senior students are very helpful to the junior. They help the junior specially during the admission phase at the help desks. They are ready to help us in any problem may that be of the academics or the other field.

Exam Structure

Exams are held according to the university exam planner under which our college is undertaken. Exams are held twice a year (May and December). That means two semester exams are held in a year. The result is declared by the University.

Admission

As per the online counselling criteria applicants were asked to choose some colleges they were desired to take admission in. After the application some merit lists were uploaded online for the each college you applied for. If you have your name in one of those merit list you were called for a physical counselling where your documents (10th DMC, 12th DMC, domicile, aadhar card etc) would be verified. After it the you would be asked for the subjects you want to study in the course and according to the subjects your fees would be decided. Then the chalan fir the fees would be generated followed by fees deposition and your class enrollment(roll number for class) for the college.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty of the college is good. The teaching staff consists of mostly young guest lecturers. There are several lecturers with a vast knowledge as well as a good teaching experience. The H.O.Ds of the various departments are highly skilled in teaching. Besides this there are sports teachers, separate library staff and administration staff.

The teaching staff is well educated and the methods are very good but in COVID times there was difficulty in studying. Exams were happening timely before the pandemic but during the lockdown, timings got disturbed. There's not any as such difficulty in exams, if you've studied, you can pass.

Remarks:

A. The liberal arts program allowing students to have the liberty to choose what courses to take and explore various fields before declaring a major. B. The cost of the program because it gives you international level education for a much lesser fee compared to the tuition you'd pay there. C. The research oriented teaching style of the university that allows students to research and learn on their own.

The mandatory discussion sections and FCs are pretty unnecessary and annoying, especially when they add on extra work or pressure, otherwise everything is great. The facilities, faculty and infrastructure. You have everything you need here.

Remarks:

I got a single good friend & my degree as well. That is more than enough. As a government college it needs to have more involvement of government supervisors to improve the education system. I think these words will never make a difference to government, I hope it make a difference.
