I had passed 12th with Biology, maths, physics, chemistry, hindi and English. Got admitted via percentage of marks.
Course Curriculum Overview
It was good. I had chosen Botany, zoology and chemistry subjects for B.Sc. medical degree. The curriculum and syllabus was standard as prescribed by Kurukshetra university, Kurukshetra. College offered diplomas along with graduation which were in food technology, information and communication. i opted three year advanced diploma in information and communication.
Internships Opportunities
We had a few training each of one week in few companies such as idea, Reliance and others as well in our diploma in information and communication. No internship or stipend was available for the students of B.Sc. course.
Placement Experience
Their were no placements. It is a women college and most students go for Master's course after completing their graduation from there. Some also go for various competitive exams. Moreover, getting a job or not is totally on students capability college did not offered anything.
College Events
College celebrated all the Major festivals which fall of working days freshers party, farewell party, various competitions like quiz, speech, dance and various others are held from time to time.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Very feasiblehad to pay approximately 5000 rupees for a yearly fee absentees had to pay extra fine. I guess it were less as compared to other colleges except government college.
Fees and Financial Aid
Well, i availed merit scholarship merit scholarship was given to top three students of every discipline most of the times, the top three students college fees were also waived.
Campus Life
Campus life was not so happening sports day was celebrated once a year but sports teams of college was very good and teams held various positions in various games.
Alumni/Alumna
No such alumni network was established if anyone needed help from seniors, they had to contact them on their own college did not maintain any record for that.
Exam Structure
Exams were on the standard pattern of kurukshetra university, kurukshetra lab facilities were good for botany, zoology and chemistry. All the lab work completed till 5 pm so, yes days were hectic but only for half a year.
Faculty
Faculty was good especially Dr. kantamani Gupta who taught us Zoology. However, most of the faculty was part time so they were not available much as they appeared for limited hours. Faculty for diploma in information and communication was also good but was part time.
