Not too expensive. College fee is very less than other colleges and not too much fine. Good college faculty and faculties in this college with very less fee. And there were lots of good programs in this college. Maximum number of Crouses in this region

No. I belong in this area so I did not opted hostel. There were no hostel in this college. But I completed my graduation in 2017 that time there were not a hostel building at this time. So I did not idea about hostel building.

No interaction with college mates and college seniors. The college not organize alumni So there were no interactions with friends

Merit list. I got 69.2 percentage in my senior secondary school. So I get admission in this college. But my name in 2nd list so you can get idea how high is merit percentage in this college. There were lot of completion to get admission in this college

12th with good percentage. I opt ARTS in 12th and I got good percentage. In my area there were lot of good college but there in this college to difficult to get admission in this college. There is good staff and faculty in this college for help the student. So in ambala this the best college in this region

JGU is delightful place!!

Placement Experience:

EY, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and all other companies which defies international economics are the ones which recruits students of JGU. Theh even conduct seminars and workshops and tells us the things which we need to add in our arsenal to be fit and ready for placements. Jindal Students of Economics easily score placements worth 5-7 lakhs and nearly all the students who wish for placements gets it too.

OPJGU: Not my first choice, but definitely the right one

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is highly relevant and comprehensive, according to me. The core courses that are mandatory for a student to take are highly relevant and necessary in order to develop the relevant skills and knowledge in that specific domain of the field. Electives on the other hand, are a student's choices and may or may not be relevant directly to the course one is studying. The university offers a wide range of electives and the electives are also taught by highly qualified professors across the 12 different schools of JGU. The end semester exams are either of 30 marks or 50 marks, depending on the course. Electives usually have a 30-mark end-of-semester exam for 1.5 hours. The exams are pretty easy and theoretical and contextual, unless the course one has chosen is strictly application-based and demands applications of theoretical frameworks. The core exams in the first and second year are divided across 50 and 30 mark exams and are often for 3 hours. The exams are pretty easy and theoretical except for the practicum courses, which are deeply application-based. The final year has very few core courses which are for 30 marks.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent average package is in the range of 3-5 LPA . Several companies come in campus for placement opportunities including big names like CVENT, TCS , Wipro etc . The placement are not so great but they provide a decent starting packages to fresher.

A well developed basketball court is being provided by the college so that boys and girls can freely and actively play and refresh their minds.It is a huge court .Students love to play here as it is the most fascinating sport.Boys and girls are given equal privileges in respect to the court.

Overall a best college

Govt.PG college I think no one knows this name. There are ample of good aspects of my college like my college has a nice infrastructure and a nice campus and reading area, so this is best positive for every college. Bad aspects of college- The placement wing of the college is still average because not so much companies are coming in this college which is very negative. process: It is purely based on my intermediate percentage and I enrolled in this college in 17th July 2019 and now pursuing BSc 2nd year. Very low fee structure and lots of activities and many provisional scholarships are provided by this college so this is best for every poor student who can't afford large fee structure of private colleges.
