Actually the mechanical engineering course from Vishveshwara technical University (VTU) is easy. But what makes it difficult is lack of time for course completion and 85% minimum attendance requirement. The syllabus is also very outdated.

College doesn't provide any internship till now . But according to university one month internship is compulsory. So students have to find a qualified company to complete their internship in third year

This is a very new college so the first college batch is yet to pass out. But the college authorities are promising hundred percentage placement. And they conducting special placement classes during the vacation

College have celebrated a low key fest and annual day for 2 years out of its 3 year history. Every extra event which are celebrated are very low-key compared to other engineering colleges in Mangalore.

Fees structure is okay. But the management is increasing the fees overtime. Mechanical fees where increased from 90k to 100k (management quota) Similarly hostel fees also increased from 66k to 77k in the second year.

Students joining with merit will have lower fees . Currently there is no scholarship provided by the college. But some students got scholarship from state governments via minority scholarship. College provides necessary documents for loan facility.

The academic lab is a top notch with experienced and friendly staff (except chemistry department). But the college lack a quality ground and sports infrastructure. The entire campus area is very less. There is a name for sake NSS unit.

According to university you must score forty marks out of 100. That hundred mark is divided into 40 marks from internals and 60 from externals . And in external exam you should score minimum 35 out of 100. Three internal test will be conducted and average of the 3 test are taken.

I got the college admissions via management quota. My friend gave me an agent number and I contacted him. We went to the campus and completed the admission procedure. And then they called me for the orientation program

All the head of department and faculties are highly qualified. Most of the HODs are PhD graduates. But what makes it worse is the stubborn Principal and his egostic behaviour also he is a showstopper.
