What I think about my college

The course curriculum of the institute is entirely based on A.K.T.U. (U.P.T.U.) It includes technical subjects as well as subjects based on social and personal development of the students. Apart from this, my college also offers various training programs and PDP classes

Yes, my college provides internship to the practical minded students in the pre-final year. They even to prepare students for job interviews by conducting various IOP classes, mock interviews and many other sessions as well. The faculty even share their own experiences with students.

my college provides 100% placements to the computer science and information technology students. It offers great placements offers to the other fields students as well.The monthly package varies from Rs.7000 to Rs.1,15000 according to the students capabilities and knowledge.

There are numerous events that are celebrated in my college. These events include GLITZ (the literary fest) , RANGOTSAV (the art fest), KOLAHAL (the cultural fest), ROBOCHAMP(the technical fest),CODEZILLA(the coding fest) and many other events as well. Numerous small events such as debate competition, coding hackathon also occurs in my college.

The fee of Btech is approximately 500000 exclusively of bus and hostel charges . The bus fee is approximately 14000 p.a. rest depends on the distance of the student's house from the college. The hostel charges is approximately 60000 p.a.. My college offers scholarship to the economically students. Some students can also apply for scholarship from AKTU unoversity. It also offers the chouice to deposit fee in 2 installments.

My college offers less paid seats to the economically weak students who apply by the counselling . It had also tied yup with the bank to offer educational loan to the students . Students can also apply for educational loan from different banks as well. My college also supports students who wants to apply for the scholarship offered by the AKTU university.

My college focuses on overall development of the student , thus it offers numerous ways to students . It includes different technical labs such as training in different computer languages as C, Java , Python . It offers training sessions in different new technologies such as SALESFORCE , WEB DEVELOPMENT and many more. It offers other events such as ENDURA(sports event), GLITZ(literary event), KOLAHAL(the cultural event) , Rangotsav( art event) , ROBOCHAMP(techniacl event) , CODEZILLA (coding event) .

Hostel infrastructure is average . It can;t be considered as good . Hostel switches does not support using heavy electrical appliances such as Kettles, Iron,Hair straightner etc. Mess food is not very tasty nor very hygenic. Sometimes during fest mess food tastes nice but it does not happens daily.

The alumini of the college is available on Linkedin.com . They are always available for help . Moreover the college even invites alumini to share their experiences and help students during different training sessions. Seniors always beleive in "learn share and repeat " they are just a message or a call away to help us inneach and every possible manner.

The exam structure includes 2 sessional exams and university examination which depends on the the university pattern. It also includes practical exams of teach practical subjects. the students result comes in the form of the percentage which includes internal marks(based on sessional exams) and external marks (based on university exam).

Getting admission in Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology is not an easy task. Although I got opportunity to avail the benefit of the institute due to my Intermediate score i.e. 95% in PCM. The admisssion procedure also included a mock interview of student with great faculties to check the confidence level and speaking skill of the applicant.

The faculty of the college supports each and every students in all the possible manners. They nurture the students in a great way that the future menders are born here. They provide best knowledge related to their subjects upto the mark.
