Remarks

College infrastructure can be more good. Faculty should be more dedicated towards their Teaching. They should provide more practical sessions and time for extracurricular activities. There should provide more facilities for drinking water in college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The opinion about the curriculum is that they could make it better by adding more practical sessions. Odd sem exams are held in Dec and even sem in May/Jun. In may June the supply exam is also there which we can register through the students portal.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placement begins from 7th sem onwards some of the Major companies in India like TCS, Infosys, nestle and many other small companies comes to the college for placement last year 45 students were placed in Infosys. College doesn't provide internships.

College Events

3

There are so many events which take place in the college likely tech fest arts. In the tech fest, students showcase their talent in the technical field, and in the arts fest, many programs like dance, singing, drawing, all other activities are done.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college fee structure is feasible and they also provide scholarships for students Computer science-60000, mechanical 60000 And most expensive is the naval architecture course which costs around 1.1lakh for merit students.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no scholarship or loan facility provided in the college you take an education loan from any bank they will give you the fee structure and you can apply for the loan in the bank. State bank provides education loan.

Campus Life

3

The extracurricular activites are good we are having cricket sessi9n football, volleyball. The college also competes with another college. We are having a coach to teach us how to play the games properly we are having a full cricket kit.

Hostel Facilities

3

I have opted for the hostel as my home was 80km away from the college the hostel infrastructure is satisfactory the food bill is divided by the students staying at the hostel fees come around 3k to 3.5k depending upon the number of days we stayed in a hostel.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, the alumni students are helpful they give us help. Seniors are also helpful they teach us things about how to stay in college how to get good marks how to get placements. They are very helpful towards us.

Admission

I got admission by calling the institution and asking if a seat was available. They replied that I have not written the entrance exam so I have no seat to get in the management quota so if I am interested they can give me NRI quota.

Faculty

2.5

The faculty of the college is average. There are so many faculties for every branch some faculty are good at teaching but some are not even good at talking to you or handling you. Overall faculty are average in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is the worst. Teachers rush through the portions so that they can finish at the earliest. It may be because the university has a unjustifiable timetable. There is very little practicals given. The ones that are given are just for namesake.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is under KTU syllubus do it's fine. There is a change in curriculum coming 2024 which i assume would make a lot of good changes. The curriculum gives you a head start For most of your work, you need to on your own but the faculty is there to help. The frequency of exams is weekly tests + monthly exams. Its not too difficult of an exam.

Currently placements are bit low, due to inflation, but compared to other colleges like KMEA, etc we have better placements similar to Muthoot and all. We have placement training, and other supports which can help us crack aptitude exams and prepare for placements Almost 70-80% students are placed every year, with an avg package of 4LPA

Placement Experience:

The students usually start appearing for campus placements in their 6th semester. The training for the campus placements is started for all the students from the 4th semester. Many companies visited for campus placements. But one main problem is that most of them were low packages. Around 4LPA. Some were between 4-6 and a very few between 6-10. Most of them got placed in our batch in some company.
