Adventure begins on your own

College management is not that good,so i would prefer go for some other college. They will tell great things about there college but dont fall for it and get outside your home and state. dont fall for college close to home.

I appeared for AIEEE and it got this college in kolkata with 4 lakh ranking. It was a new college in 2013 and we were founder students. I opt this college through AIEEE counselling.

I find courses were good but i found some faculties have degrees but they are not that good and do not have much experience so we had to study on our own most of the times was not satisfied with the faculty and the learning methodology. Courses were according to West bengal university of technology and we followed the same. In the first year all students had to follow same subject and later they start learning, according to the subject they choose.

It was a new college and doesn't provide intern ship with stripend. I felt very bad about it as my other friends were getting paid internship and we had to pay and do internship. They do provide as some internships in the 4th year but that too was unpaid.

I would say very less, you are on your own.they do gave us opportunies for placement but i would say its just for showing. They provide as soft skills classes to make us prepare for the campusing stuff but in the campusing, anyone from our college hardly get selected. If get selected, it was all fake companies and as the college has no fame. No one got their jobs in placement. Very poor campusing.

Yearly fest, biswakarma puja-17th sept, saraswati puja, independence day not many festivals and cultural programs were celebrated there. We were kind of very mad at out college faculties especially the director and principle. They didnt provide as enough facilities as other students from other colleges used to get, we were not aware of all these things at first. We took up this college as it was in my state and its easy to go home every week.

A feasible fee, 36000 for 3 months.First they took 50,000 including security fee. As we had not much money when i was going to join a college.i opt for this one and it was not much away from home also.36,000 is actually ok as fee structure. Food and hostel facilities were fine but it lacked very much in studies, which is the one needed most.

I did not avail any such facilities and not aware of that.I know few friends have taken education loans from bank and bank had given them education loans for four years but not aware that college helped them in any away or not.

My campus life was great as i made great friends there. Get to know the real life and although campus was not good.our girls hostel was fine, by the way. food was good and parties were ok but students used to make it bigger. Although gender an quality was present there. Few boys students were very supportive and try to comment whenever they can.

My hostel facilities and mess food was good there. The food and hostel facilities were fine but it lacked very much in studies,which is the one needed most. All kinds of food were available and they keep changing food list for breakfast,lunch and dinner

I have no such networks/alumni network, we are in contact either by phone, facebook, twitter and all other social network. My collegues are helpful now.
