College is having very good infrastructure with variety of amenties such as play area,jimnassium,etc. Room are spacy and well maintained and clean.hostel is very near to college library. Big play ground is adjacent to hostel

Course Curriculum Overview

Good.exam structure is convenient for students with ample time for preparation.Each subject will be alloted 3 to 4 days for preparation and this will help students really well. Practical exams are also good with testing of our subject knowledge

Good placements offered by college. Many mnc companies are carrying out placement drive in our college and 60-75 percentage of students get placed.Placements are mostly in IT field.There are also masters programs also available in college

College Events

Science tech fest,arts day sports days annual day etc.Science fest consists of many events and competition such as robot race,technical quiz,innovative session where they can display their new projects or concept etc

Fee Structure And Facilities

In mid level. In the initial years fees were less. But nowadays even if we crack and got admission cracking entrance, students are subject to give a high annual fees to study in private engineering colleges

Fees and Financial Aid

Good scholarship are provided for students on financial basis, if they score very good ranks in entrance exams,they are exempted from large fees and only require to pay less fees. Loan facilities are also provided by various banks win tie up with college management

Very good lab infrastructure for all engineering branchea such as mechnical electrical, instrumentation,it etc. Very good infrastructure with variety of amenties such as play area,jimnassium,etc. Room are spacy and well maintained and clean.hostel is very near to college library.Big play ground is adjacent to hostel.

Very helpfull network and they are working really well and coordinated to conduct alumni meet on regular basis which are helping many previous batchmates to secure jobs and grew their business. They are also doing charity for old students having some financial and health issues

Admission

Entrance exam lateral entry .prepared for three months for the exam and qualified after securing 260 rank in entrance exam.I opted for Sngce college for very good infrastructure provided and nearness to my home

Faculty

Very good college with very effective infrastructure. Every department has separate lab to serve the purpose and also with a full fledged physical library and digital library.The college ia of 40 acres

IIIT KOTTAYAM - a Honest review

Placement Experience:

As seniors said the average package is around 10lpa.If you have descent skills and above 8 cgpa you will get this average package. If you upskill yourself with effort which many students do here then you can also get above 15lpa which many seniors got.The highest package was off-campus by an ECE Student in Google despite having cgpa around 6.He had very good skills as a full stack developer.

Placement Experience:

The placements here are quite good, but not great. Because only 50% of students in a class are getting placed. From S7 onwards the placements have been started for our department. But for other departments, from S8 only companies have arrived. For CSE department, many companies are coming which include Cognizant, SOTI, Mitsogo, EY, 6D Technologies, etc. Our senior batch students have placed at many companies in this. But comparing with other senior batches, the placements at our batch is really bad.

The length of course curriculum is very short. It is very difficult for both students and teachers to complete the syllabus in limited time period.The exam timing are also very conjusted and students are facing many difficulties because of it .

IIST - A good campus to live but with high restrictions.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is there in the campus.A lot of companies visit to the campus. From this year more private companies are visiting because of the breaking of bond with ISRO due to which students are getting good package.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.

I applied to various colleges for the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) course. Other colleges such as FISAT, SCMS, and AdiShankara offered courses other than computer science and was also having high admission fees, compared to SNGCE. First, you have to pay a registration fee of 500 and book your seat for a specific subject, on the assurance of obtaining a good, reasonable mark in the 12th. Then, after the announcement of 12th result, we can fix the seat by paying the caution deposit of Rs 10000 for the desired subject. For the same, certain criteria should be passed: 1) The KEAM entrance exam, the student should have a reasonable rank, enabling him/her to obtain the seats more likely than others. 2) For the 12th, a reasonable mark should be obtained by the student to increase the likelihood of obtaining a seat....Read More
