Insights of Chandigarh University.

CU is one of the fastest growing Universities in India, it is becoming a dream place to study and attain success. The University has recently attained A+ accreditation and thus is increasing its standards in teaching learning process day by day.

Our course curriculum is designed in such a way that we not only are into the theoretical aspect of the field but also get to experience the practical aspects as here in we are made to participate in various workshops buisness events, programs which impart the practical knowledge. Exam structure is like 2 internal exams held monthly and a final end semester exam held in the last month of the semester.

Our university has made its way into the limca book of records for the highest number of placements as here in a large pool of top notch companies like microsoft Google Amazon Deloitte etc etc come in for campus recruitment and offer lucrative packagas as high as 30-40 lacs. We are also provided with a large number of internship opportunities not only in India but also abroad.

Various events take place at the University level and at our department level in particular, At University level events like cultural events, academic events, competitive events, literary, technical events etc encompassing various departments take place At our department level business mostly business events like entrepreneual meets business competitions and all take place in which I participate quite often.

Its a common notion regarding the Fee structure of our university that it is expensive but as per my opinion considering the facilities and the opportunities our University provides thats what adds up to the cost

Our College provides many academic scholarships prior to the admissions on the basis of the scores of 12th standard they also provide various scholarships on the basis of sports and other categories and quota.

The extra curricular activities of held in the University are huge and on a large scale we have a large number of celebrities who keep coming into our university to facilitate these activities. Talking about sports our students have been breaking record s at the great platform s like Olympic games like wrestling weight lifting etc etc.

Alumni network of our university is pretty good though still building into a strong network quite an often many alumni who made the university proud by their success are invited to motivate the students and build strong network s within the university.

I applied for the admission in this University after having done a detailed research on this university I applied for bachelors in business administration, my admission was subject to the merit of my last qualified exam that was 12th standard I qualified the cut off merit of 12th standard scores and was given the admission.

The faculty of our University overall is pretty fine, competent and intelligent but there are some professors whose work and teaching techniques need to be checked, There are many faculty members who have the practical corporate experience of the fields they teach but there are a few professors who lack experience thus don't have such capabilities.
