Remarks

Not well organized, not systematic, no opportunities. Can't give any positive remarks. They don't deserve it. Our college has to improve a lot, they need to learn from other colleges, which they won't, they don't do that things.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Easy, exam structure was 60 minutes and 60 questions no negative marking. Exam syllabus was bit easy as compared to JEE and NEET. I thought course curriculum would be upto the mark for industry level or trending current Technology but it's too old.

Placement Experience

2

No internship provided by College. Placements are good but not for all branches, most of them end up having software job irrespective of their core background, which is waste of their 4 years studying one thing joining a different stream.

College Events

2

Actually speaking no events are organised or celebrated in our college, except those are which are conducted by IEEE. IEEE student chapter conducts a lot of events, workshops, and even a national level technical symposium NOVUS. Nothing other than those.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible, our college ge structure is feasible since it's a college under a Sangha and even it has a govt. Seat facility for students based is rank list by k-cet exam after 2nd PU. for management seat it's little costly.

Fees and Financial Aid

No loan/ scholarship facility is provided by College unlike private colleges. The only motive of our college is get the fees paid by students at any cost, overrated teaching under rated students. Over rated faculty.

Campus Life

3

There is no scope for co-curricular activities. They think it's just waste of time which will not fetch any grades. Labs are very bad with no proper softwares and very old version of softwares. There is very less opportunity for sorts.

Alumni/Alumna

No, there is no connection between alumni and current students. When they pass out they never turn back again here, even though if they wanna give information they ask fees for that. In short our college is not well organized not even near to systematic.

Admission

We wrote Karnataka CET, it's an entrance exam which was written around by 1.4 lakh students across Karnataka, based on that exams results rank list was announced and I got admission in this college in first round.

Faculty

1.5

They are too old and follow traditional methods for everything lack of scope and opportunities. They don't try new logics, methods, just by heart and follow what's in syllabus and text book, not even a single extra thing they try out.

Placement Experience:

The institute records an impressive average package of ~INR 7.20 LPA and the highest packages reaching up to INR 53.50 LPA. The college actively drives employability through a dedicated 'Talent Transformation Hub'. Campus Placements Overview CIT is known for its solid industry connections, resulting in 80–90% placement rates annually. Top Recruiters: Companies like Accenture, Infosys, HP, Amazon, and Samsung. The Process: The placement cell conducts specialized skill-building boot camps and provides structured mentorship to ensure students are corporate-ready by graduation. If Placements Fall Short: Employability & Alternative Plans Even though CIT consistently places the vast majority of its batch, students who do not secure on-campus job offers (or wish to pursue other paths) have robust support through: Startup & Entrepreneurial Initiatives: CIT has an active E-Cell and a business connection to help budding founders. The Talent Transformation Hub focuses on practical knowledge needed to start a business. Higher Education: Students frequently leverage the college's alumni network and faculty mentorship to prepare for competitive exams like GATE, or to apply for Master's programs (MS, M.Tech) in India or abroad. Off-Campus Drives & Internships: Students are encouraged to undertake industry internships and live projects to build their portfolios, making it easier to land off-campus roles at top tech companies.
