Patna medical College and hospital is one of the pioneer medical College in India. The student here learn how to treat and they are respected and welcomed in not only every corner of this country but also in whole world.

The duration of course is of four and half year excluding one year compulsory rotatory internship in the college each year ends with an exam which include theory and practical. Ther was clinical posting as well which include ward teaching on patients admitted in the hospital.

There is no such things as placement in medical College. Although our college did provide work environment for internship programme that we had in our curriculum. It did also offer internship program for graduate from other college. The stipend was 15000.

College celebrate each year college foundation day which cover a span of 15-20 Days it includes various activities including cultural fest , star night , academic seminars, quiz , debate, photography, indoor and outdoor sports etc. Apart from this college also celebrates Saraswati puja on large scale and other various activities.

The college fees is very nominal. As it is government college so the fees is not more than 20000 per year. It doesn't include hostel and mess charges which is also very nominal. The hostel fees is 7200 per year.

As this is government college so students can avail every facilities of loan and scholarships which is offered by state government or central government. I didn't availed any scholarship but my friends did got some of them.

Campus have a large ground which offer Students to paly cricket Football volleyball. It have badminton court with full illumination. Also it have a fully conditioned common room for indoor recreational activities.

College have seperate hostel for boys and girls within the campus but in different premises. Boys hostel have different wings which come by name Dhanwantri hostel, Nagarjun hostel, Jeewak hostel , DH 1 DH2 DH7. Each hostel have its own mess which provide good and hygienic food.

There is an alumni association in the college which keeps track of all the alumni of college and their great contribution in the society. Seniors of the college always helps junior on every steps of life.

Through a national entrance exam NEET UG 2013 I got air 769 and got admission in the college after counseling held at all India level. The syllabus for the entrance exam was physics chemistry and biology.

They are best. Each and every professor were best in their field. They were excellent doctors and even more better teacher who can pass on their experiences and knowledge to the new generation upcoming doctors.
