Entrance Preview
I had join through SRM entrance exam. I scored 149 rank in entrance exam. I opt for this university because the only private university doing a lot of research in the construction field and almost every professor have experience in construction industry.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is based on the what present construction companies expecting for fresh graduates is almost similar.And also another advantage in this course is selection of the required professor for particular subject it is purely based upon online only.
Internships Opportunities
I have completed my internship after my 1st year of my course in a MNC company .It is apart of curriculum which consist of 1 credit. The only disadvantage for internship is they won't send any students for companies. The student have to search for companies for their internship. It is very difficult to search good companies and they didn't provide any stipend also during training period.
Placement Experience
From past 3 years only 2 to 3 core companies is coming for placements in this course like L&T,Indian Bulls and Godaraj . They are giving package an average of 5.5 to 7.5 Lakhs P.A.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The structure of the fees is 1,50,000 per year. It is highly expensive for this course. Because the total of 3 lakhs for 2 years and also we have to pay Rs 3500/- for each semester exam.
Fees and Financial Aid
The university provides lot scholarships for students based upon their perfomance in the particular fields they are academics, sports, cultures and many more. They will give special admissions for sports students without full fee and accommodation also.
Exam Structure
The exams structure is very good for my point of view. Because for entire semester there will be 3 phases of exam they are cycle test, model test and final exams.
