Entrance Preview

Its own entrance exam, got 2nd rank, and full scholarship for the first semester. Opted it because along with postgraduation, emphasis was paid on research too.

Internships Opportunities

No companies came, but I qualified JEST later, and joined PhD. Stipend varies from 14 thousand to 25 thousand, depending upon which project or institute you get.

Placement Experience

Job opportunities are there, in the sense you can change your field and pursue in others, but exposure is comparatively less I felt.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is feasible. It is around twenty thousand per semester. And in between even we do not need to pay any other expenses. So fee structure is fine. Other than that hostel and mess charges are separate.

Fees and Financial Aid

Many scholarships are offered to students. One is based on caste, if a student belongs to lower caste and family has low income, then they are offered scholarships. Another one is based on merit, who so ever has the highest marks is offered the scholarship.

Placement Experience:

It is research based university which manily focus on research so placements is not that empresive mainly students goes for higher studies after completing. Some department like computer science and pharma department give placement of average pakage 4 LPA. Probably I will go for higher studies.

Placement Experience:

Last year of course we are eligible for placement. Many Pharmaceutical companies like Akums Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Indswift Ltd, jubilant, SRF Ltd., etc. As well as many Institutions like Akash, Buyjus, etc. also visit our university to provide jobs to the students. The average annual price of the package is 3-7 lakhs which will vary from department to department. An average percentage of around 60% would be eligible to appear in the interview but the further process depends on the placement committee. I will do P.hD. after completion of my course.

Remarks:

Management is very good and they always work to give best environment for students. The campus is also very large. Transport facility is also 24×7. degree experience

well to be honest I have not applied to any other college as i just want do bsc agriculture in this university. but due to my rank i was unable to selected for takinf admission in bsc agriculture. so i preferred this degree over it as due to update academic ( bsc horticulture & forestry consider same as bsc agriculture) which help in making eligible for giving paper of ADO( agriculture development officer) . As to take admission in this university under this degree first u have to give paper CET( common entrance test) on the basis of number optain ranking is given( in this test 11th & 12 th syllabus comes , mcqs.
