Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course offering here is controlled by VCI (Veterinary Council of India). The course helped me reflect upon my capabilities and interest in the field of veterinary sciences and helping animals. The course structure is very deep and covered all the topics.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is very much affordable for the BVSC program. I paid around INR 44,438 per annum, which includes tuition fees, examination fees, and other additional charges. Fee for the final year is more than other years because students have to submit their project reports in the final year.

Campus Life

3.5

The infrastructure has a lot of scope of improvement. College believes in celebrating life, hence many occasions like College day, fresher day and hostel day were organised annually. Campus life is very much decent overall with activities ranging from indoors to outdoors. We get to interact with people from different backgrounds during these events.

Admission

Admission is on the basis of the entrance exam. A merit list is prepared on the basis of the entrance exam scores and seats are allocated on the basis of merit list. Seats are limited for the master's course, but the UG course has many different streams to select from.

Faculty

4

The faculty is very much qualified and eager to teach. The overall standard of teaching is very good and we had a lot of during teaching. The teachers would re-explain topics if we ask them. Both the teaching and non-teaching staff is very friendly and experienced. The teaching methods involve blackboard teaching, e-classroom teaching, presentations, demonstrations, giving assignments, proper conduct of exams regularly, etc. They provide the field knowledge and share their life experiences during teaching, which helps us a lot in understanding the outside society. Almost every course is important. Mostly the last 2 years of the course are practically important, which deals with the diagnosis and treatment aspect of animals.
