Remarks
Overall the college experience is good. I won’t say that it couldn’t have been better. Some colleges in the same city have a better infrastructure and curriculum. And even there’s not a lot of societies in the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The Course Curriculum is very apt. The subjects in the first semester are so organised that everything starts from the basics. The Exam centre is such that it involves two phases of exams- Internal and external. Internals are of 40 marks which includes 15 marks assignments. The externals are conducted with proper preparation leaves.
Placement Experience
The college has a placement and internship cell. Some of the companies that visit the campus are Tata AIG, Some great law firms etc. The internship cell provides internships but not everyone gets an internship. The teachers are very understanding and help you with internship stuff.
College Events
The college conducts some literature, law based events. MOOT courts are organised in a large scale. But annual fests are not very good. The college has a dance competition which is widely participated by colleges.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees is 75000/- in regular category. It’s feasible as its lesser than many colleges. But the college lacks infrastructure. There is no playground. Washrooms are not very good. The campus is very smallz
Fees and Financial Aid
Based on the college entrance exam ranks upto 30 AIR are given a scholarship. Their fees is reduced to half. Apart from that there is no scholarship for regular students that I am aware of. But if there is any problem in paying the fees you can talk to the Dean.
Campus Life
There is a Computer lab, library in the college. For sports there is a table tennis table in the college, a basketball court which is not maintained properly, a volleyball court and a small ground in which cricket and football can be played. The condition of the ground is not good and the same ground is used for parking. The grounds are shared by 3 colleges and a school.
Alumni/Alumna
There is no such alumni board of the college. Senior students are good but there’s a lot of college politics. Some seniors very good and they even helped outside college. Some students are placed well after college and still are ready to help with legal stuff.
Admission
I had given the entrance exam for Bharti Vidyapeeth University. I had enrolled for BBA LLB course. The exam centre was in Lucknow. I cleared the exam and my rank was 33 all India. I was called for counselling after a few days. The counselling and admission process took 4-5 hours.
Faculty
Some of the faculty is great. Like the Law of torts teacher is very good. The teacher of ICT is great too. They conduct some lectures from renowned lawyers as well. The college faculty can be improved in business subjects.
