Remarks
There are mostly positive reviews as this is a wonderful place to study. it is also a ragging free campus.In my opinion the placements can be improved for other branches like civil, production, mechanical etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
The college provides a very good curriculum and there will be two series test in each semester along with the final university exam. It will be a continuous evaluation, there will be weightage from the series test as well. The final marks results from the overall semester performance.
Placement Experience
The placements are good for mostly the computer science and electronics engineering batch. I will say the placement scenario is growing year by year and better packages with companies are coming each year. Most of the students find internship by themselves as the companies coming for internship are very low.

Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is moderate compared to the other colleges.For the spot admission and NRI category students the fees is a bit high compared to the other.They will have to pay an initial deposit of 1 lakh at the starting of the course.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have not availed any scholarships as of now. But there are many scholarships given to other students. There are merit based scholarships, scholarships for single girl child. I have seen many of my classmates avail them.
Campus Life
There are many extracurricular activities here compared to the other engineering colleges. Sports training, cultural activities, literature activities are all very active in the college. the college also conducts competitions to boost the students talent.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is very good. Even if I don't avail the hostel services, my friends say they are good and the food is also nice. Rooms are spacious. There are badminton courts and other facilities for recreation.
Alumni/Alumna
Vidya has a got a very vast and strong alumni network.They also conduct frequent alumni meetings to strengthen their bond. They are very helpful as we can approach them for any queries regarding the college or problems related to it.
Admission
Firstly you have to take the engineering entrance exam and acquire the required marks and rank.After the results the college will call you for the seat allotment process where you will have to go to the college and the admission takes place. The fees should be paid after the seat is allocated to you.
Faculty
The faculty is well qualified and the teaching is great. Apart from some faculty members all others are very friendly and approachable. They will guide us through out the course and will help us get a good report on our final project which forms a crucial part of our syllabus.
