Posted On - Jun 27, 2025Yes! With a score of 305 in NEET 2025, you certainly have a fair chance to get a seat in BDS or AYUSH courses—provided, of course, that you belong to a reserved category.
For BDS, you have a good chance in private dental colleges and maybe even some of the government ones under the state quota (depending upon your state and category).
For AYUSH programs such as BAMS, BHMS, or BUMS, your mark is very competitive—most students who have 280–320 marks get seats.
Ensure that you attend both the All India and State Quota counselling rounds in order to keep your doors open.
