Depends on which state you belong to. Agar aap metro city se hain, toh state college better choice ho sakta hai. Lekin agar aap kisi xyz state se hain (main state ka naam nahi lunga, aap log apne state ki condition se waqif hain), toh phir naye AIIMS ko prefer karna better hoga. Kuch aur cheezein jo aap consider kar sakte hain: Fee structure????: Kuch state government medical colleges ki fees bohot zyada hoti hai, agar aap aise hain jo family par burden nahi dalna chahte, toh AIIMS ko choose karna accha rahega kyunki yahan fees sabse kam hai. Academic????: Yeh aisa point hai jo aapke decision par zyada farak nahi dalega kyunki (end mein padna toh aapko video lectures se hi hai). Infrastructure?????????: Bahut se top state medical colleges ka infrastructure bohot bekar hota hai, jabki AIIMS ka infrastructure latest aur best hai. Jab main infrastructure ki baat kar raha hoon, toh main LT, labs, aur auditorium ko consider kar raha hoon. Hostel: Rooms ki condition, occupants ki sankhya, etc. yeh sab cheezein aap consider kar sakte hain. Sports?????: Extra curricular activities bohot crucial hain aur aapko refresh rakhte hain kyunki aapko wahan lagbhag aadha decade rehna hai. Location: Yeh bhi ek important factor hai.

Presently, MMC Chennai is considered better because: It is an old, well-established institution., Located in the capital city of Tamil Nadu., and It has a strong reputation.. However, with time, this trend might change as AIIMS Delhi is a prestigious institution known for its quality. AIIMS, being a central institute, is believed to receive better funding, leading to enhanced facilities in all aspects. So, many students may prefer it over MMC Chennai.

AIIMS Delhi is a powerhouse for MBBS, offering unparalleled clinical exposure and a robust internship program, starting from the 5th year, with a stipend of around 30,000, which is among the highest in the country. The curriculum is rigorous, and the faculty is top-notch, making graduates highly sought after in the job market. In contrast, MMC Chennai, while reputable, may not provide the same level of resources or clinical involvement as AIIMS. If you want the best career outcomes and opportunities, AIIMS Delhi is the clear winner. Opt for AIIMS if you aim for a top-tier medical education and excellent job prospects post-graduation.

The answer is quite clear: AIIMS Delhi is the go-to choice over any other college in India. AIIMS Delhi offers an entirely different experience. I would never advise anyone to leave a better college, where you have better growth opportunities, just for the sake of staying in your hometown. Step out and explore the world. For those from the South who think language might be a barrier, every AIIMS across India has a mix of people from all regions, and friendships form regardless of linguistic backgrounds. My take is AIIMS over MMC any day.

AIIMS Delhi offers an unbeatable combination of low fees, extensive clinical exposure, and top-notch faculty, making it a far better financial choice compared to MMC Chennai. With a total fee of just ?5,856 for five years, the ROI at AIIMS is outstanding, especially considering the ?30,000 monthly stipend during the internship. While MMC Chennai is also a respectable institution, the high-quality curriculum and resources at AIIMS, alongside the vibrant campus life and strong alumni network, provide a value for money that is hard to match. If you have the opportunity, go for AIIMS Delhi for a well-rounded and financially smart decision; otherwise, MMC Chennai can still be a good option if location and personal preferences play a crucial role.
