MMC Chennai Faculty

The faculty at the College of Pharmacy, Madras Medical College, are highly experienced, with many having a minimum of 20 years in their respective fields. They are very approachable, and their teaching methods include innovative approaches like PowerPoint presentations. Students engage in practical learning experiences, such as clinical skills, case presentations, physician conferences, and journal clubs.

The college offers skill-oriented workshops throughout the year. However, the faculty-to-student ratio is a concern, with one faculty member for every 251 students, leading to limited interaction and insufficient time for individual queries. Despite these challenges, the faculty are recognized as some of the best in the country, contributing significantly to the students' academic and practical development.

There are four university exams each year, with theoretical and practical components.
