Hello! I’m echoing the various opinions here. If you’re considering MAMC, just go for it without hesitation. If not, AIIMS JODHPUR is the place to be! For PG in India, there are coaching options available in Jodhpur., For USMLE or PLAB, those resources aren’t available here yet., and I also advise you to seriously consider USMLE over Indian PG.. Assuming you’re a fresher, you might not be familiar with the USMLE process. Make sure your expectations align with reality. It took me quite some time to reach my conclusions, so I recommend taking your time to make an informed decision rather than rushing into something you might regret later.

DELHI!! Don't hesitate! If you have the chance to get into a DELHI college, go for it. It doesn’t matter if it’s MAMC or UCMS. When it comes to PG, you’ll find better opportunities in Delhi compared to any of the newer AIIMS, whether for Indian PG or USMLE (US)/PLAB (UK).
