How is the faculty at GNLU Gandhinagar?

There is a 1:4 ratio of faculty and students. The faculty members are very experienced, and some are even experts in their own field as they hold postgraduate degrees and have more than 5 years of teaching experience. The faculty members are very polite, humble, and always ready to help any student, whether it is in respect of academics or any personal issue. The faculty members are approachable after class hours. They even provide guidance with respect to any competition and help in preparing students for moot competition. GNLU is a semester-based university where each semester is 6 months, and at the end of each month, final exams are taken. The total marks of the paper is 100, of which 50 is for the internal submissions made, including the research paper, group discussion, case analysis, class test, etc. The rest 50 marks is for the final written exam. This curriculum is made so that every student can be assessed regarding what they have learned in each semester.

Faculties are one of the top as most of them are seasoned lawyers and have done exceedingly well in their lives. All are achievers too as their research papers have published by some premiere publications. Coming to their relationship with the students it's as good as two friends discussing their lives with each other.

One of the best facilities on earth is what out campus has. Some of the faculties have even practiced law for years at higher courts and therefore we get a real life experience from them. Initially I had different ideas about law but it's our faculty who taught us that Indian law is all about defending. So, they changed our entire approach towards the same and made legal studies a fun for us.

GNLU has faculties specialising in multiple areas of law, at the same time it has a Training Research Assistant programme which allows PHD students to assist the faculties in teaching so at any point of time there are 2 to 3 faculties available for each subject to teach. Faculty of my college are very friendly. They understand the students point of view and consider students concern and always work on it. They try to full fill all Vaild request and requirement of the students. They take students as a priority of their work.
