How are the hostels at BITS Goa?

Single rooms are provided with a white board as well. the toilets are maintained with hygiene. Food is exceptionally good and it changes every month. There are apartments around the campus for rent. No PGs afaik

You have to stay inside campus its compulsory the meal quality is average that we get in mess you cant live outside campus in PG or Rented rooms the facility is also average not so good or bad there is a stable net connection and 24/7 water supply

Hostel facility is good in terms of hygene and rooms are very well structured and managed . and mess offers good quality of food which is chaep and veruy affordable ,there are three messes in goa campus which offers great food quality.

I live in the hostel. It was pretty decent. I have a room with one single bed, one whiteboard, one desk, one chair, one closet and a balcony. it is very airy and gets sunlight. Mess has decent food, and it changes after a cycle of 9 days. It has both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Registration for a hostel is pretty easy and accessible for every student.

The hostel are the D side are the newer hostels and look gorgeous. They are mainly assigned to the freshers. While the hostels on the A side and C side are the old ones but are well maintained throughout. All hostels are cleaned everyday to maintain hygiene. Each side is equipped with its messes, the A-mess, C-mess and the D-mess. Students have to chose which mess they want to eat in after every 1-1.5 months or so and the food in the messes is regulated periodically through surprise and pre-noticed inspections. The registration for the hostels is done along with the on campus registration where the student is alloted a room randomly in first year. In second year, the students gets to chose which hostel and which room he/she wants.
