Following is the sector-wise placement analysis for M.Tech at IIT Bhubaneshwar:
Despite being a new IIT, the placement scenario at IIT Bhubaneswar is quite good and there has been a surge in placement rate in recent year. According to 2019 placement highlights, the overall placement rate at this IIT was around 90%. Whereas for M.Tech students the placement rate was 69%. For an M.Tech student in computer science engineering, the minimum package for the placement in this year was 9 lakhs per annum and the maximum was 24 lakhs per annum. In JNTUK, there are no campus placements available for master’s degree holders. TCS sometimes visits for the interview of post-graduate students and only hires a few students depending on their performance in interviews.
The course is not recognized by AICTE so you won't get many opportunities after completing your course and won't even get any stipend through your GATE qualification.
It is better to prepare for IITs or IISC if you want a career in this field, as these institutes will help you a lot to achieve your goal. Also, a post-graduation from an IIT or IISC will add a boost to your career. It will also be very easy for you to opt for research internships or a Ph.D. if you are planning to do in the future.
It will be better to avoid this college and rather prepare for some better colleges such as IIT or IISC because there are no campus placements available here and neither you will get any kind of opportunities or exposure studying in JNTUK.

IIIT Bangalore is the right choice for your M.Tech. Here are some reasons why-
I would recommend you choose IIIT Bangalore for your M.Tech as it is far superior to Symbiosis for Engineering courses.
One of my cousins was in a similar dilemma and she considered the following points before making her decision.
Although both the colleges have their unique strengths and weaknesses, IIT Madras seems to be a slightly better option than IIT Delhi especially if you are a nature lover !
Before I begin, let me clear the misconception that the 3-year MTech program is inferior in quality to the 2-year MTech program. Because of this false assumption, the higher ranking MTech students tend to choose the 2-year MTech programs instead of the 3-year program.
Similarity
Differences
Both IIT Hyderabad and IIT Bombay offer 3-year MTech programs. There may be some other IITs as well offering similar programs.
Between BITS and IIT Hyderabad, I think the latter is a better option from a research point of view. Additionally, IIT Hyderabad also has a locational advantage, better connectivity, industry, expert interactions, etc.
