Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology is an autonomous college whereas Acharya Institute of Technology is VTU affiliated. Both of the colleges have excellent infrastructure, but NMIT is considerably far from the city centre as compared to Acharya.

- Average packages are around 6 to 10 lacs in NMIT which is good for a tier 2 college.
Faculty:
- The faculty for EC and CS is good in both the colleges.

Hostel life in NIT Trichy is amazing. If you are a first-time hostelite like me, full of amazing hostel memories. I will break my answer into various hostels and the kind of life they offer.
- Agate: Agate is the biggest hostel for first-year students and has spacious rooms. It is in close proximity to the mess and the lecture hall. Diamond: This is the most popular hostel for first-year students and has the best amenities. The hostel rooms are spacious and the hostel is near both the mess and the lecture hall. The hostel is well-ventilated and mostly the residents are DASA students.
- Coral: This hostel has smaller rooms and the first floor has many insects. But it’s near the non-vegetarian mess, the LHC, and the campus Big Bazaar.
- Jade: This one is not far away from both the mess and the LHC. It's a recently made hostel, especially for first-year students. It’s in close proximity to the shopping complex with a huge ground in its back.
- Opal (Girls Hostel): This is one of the finely designed and equipped hostels This is a huge protected fortress. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable and you will find all kinds of facilities like messes, a bakery, a beauty salon, a photocopy shop, sports fields, an air-conditioned computer lab, and a laundry shop.
Every NIT Trichy hostel has its own common indoor sports and a table tennis room. The hostellers are not bad people but very friendly and will make your college life exciting and memorable.

All three of the institutions, MDI, IIFT, and IIM Indore, are comparable, so admission shouldn't be based solely on the IIM moniker. Both IIFT and MDI have excellent lists of recruiters visiting campuses and smaller batch sizes. The IIFT is the best of the three if one is interested in trading or is fine working in general management roles in emerging economies. MDI is the best of the three for consulting-related jobs and a great campus life. Unfortunately, due to its enormous batch size, IIM Indore is no longer regarded as being in the same league as other old IIMs. At all three institutions, the faculty and teaching methods are comparable.
It would be MDI>IIFT>IIM I if you took into account things like placements, faculty, brand value, campus life, and location.
Should I go for MDI Gurgaon or IIM Indore?

What is the timing of LNCT Bhopal classes for the 1st year? Can I attend a half day?
LNCT Bhopal is one of the most popular and reputed colleges in our country and the rules and regulations of this college are very strict.
The class timing for freshers is from 9 AM till 3:30 PM. The first-year students are not allowed to leave the college for half-day and if there is something serious then you can get a gate pass from your HOD by explaining your reason after which you will be allowed to exit the college.
But from the second year onwards you will get a break from 12:00 PM to 12:40 PM so you can relax and spend some time with your friends.
Which college should I choose for a B.Arch. under the NIT/SPA?
Firstly a hearty congratulations to you for scoring a good rank in JEE Main. However, it is quite difficult to get a seat at SPA Delhi in this rank. The 2nd best option can be SPA Bhopal. Moreover, SPA Vijayawada is relatively newer and cannot be trusted.
I have friends studying at both Bhopal and Vijayawada, from what I've heard, Bhopal is a better option. SPAs are purely design institutes and thus the exposure would be greater.
Since your chances at SPA D are quite on edge, you can instead look for the following colleges in order of preference:
NIT Nagpur> NIT Bhopal> SPA Bhopal> NIT Jaipur> SPA Vijayawada and so on.
If you want to go for NITs, choose the one with better infrastructure, weather, and a diverse crowd. There are many other good institutes as well but do your proper research and take the right decision for yourself.
What is the admissions process for the Galgotia College of Engineering and Technology?
There are two campuses in Galgotia - Galgotia college of engineering and Galgotia University, Galgotia College of Engineering, and Galgotia University.
Galgotia College of Engineering is affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU). Its admission is tougher than other branches students must score over 90 marks in JEE MAIN to get selected. After that counseling session is done in June and July month.
Galgotia University’s admission procedure is easier than Galgotia College of engineering. Students with good marks in GEEE and 12 boards will easily get admission. Its infrastructure, computer lab facility, education, is better than Galgotia college of engineering.

- UPTU counseling - They take admission through UPTU counseling on the basis of, UPTU rank and JEE- Mains all India rank (AIEEE). The allotment of seats is done on the basis of (85:15)% ratio respectively.

Therefore, you can take admission to Galgotia university as it has better facilitated and its admission procedure is also easier.
