One of my friends studied at Sir Padampat Singhania University. According to him, it is good in terms of infrastructure and facilities. It has taken many initiatives for student’s welfare.
- The infrastructure can be considered among the top 5 in Rajasthan’s private universities.
- The academics are above average.
- The faculties are well experienced and cooperative.
- The Lab facilities are good. The Library is good, while the canteen is a bit expensive for students.
- The Mess is average. There are two messes, one is for vegetarians and the other one is for non-vegetarians.
- The hostel facility is good with clean and well maintained rooms.

CGC Landran is a good institute and is marked with an excellent placement in branches like CSE and IT, a decent faculty, and good enough campus life. Here’s a brief highlight of CGC Landran, based on what I heard about the institute from my friends at the institute.
- There are some excellent professors, some average and mostly good enough professors in the faculty of the institute. Most professors are very humble and help the students in educational, research, and other purposes too.
- The campus of CGC Landran is large. There are separate blocks for every branch inside the campus. Grounds for Cricket, volleyball, football, basketball, badminton, etc, are also available inside the campus.
- CGC Landran is one of the best colleges in terms of placement under PTU. Most MNCs visit the campus for placement. Students are offered jobs according to their own capabilities, and with a good average placement package. The highest package offered in CGC is also very good and is seen to increase with consecutive years.

Therefore, CGC Landran is a decent option for students, especially in CSE and IT. An institute should not be rated harshly whatsoever of its disadvantages, being a joint effort of several people for its betterment.
Why are there so many negative answers about MANIT Bhopal on Quora? Is the college that bad?
MANIT Bhopal suffered from a lot of evils in the past. However, things are swiftly improving, and the present conditions are different.
The director of MANIT has a strong vision, and his efforts have taken the institute in a positive direction. At present, attending classes has become mandatory. Those who fall short of 75% attendance won’t be allowed to write their exams. The administration has become strict, as opposed to the laid back attitude of the past. The fresher hostels and department buildings are newly built, and in good shape.
The campus is spread across 650 acres. The college is located in the heart of Bhopal city, allowing easy access to coaching centers for GATE, GRE, CAT, etc. There are many clubs and societies at MANIT, and ragging has become almost negligible. The placements are really good for CS, and above average for other branches.
Thus, MANIT Bhopal is a good college, and the negative reviews are now old and redundant.
