Yes, physical education can be included while calculating your best four for Delhi University but it has a disadvantage of 2.5%.
This means that 2.5% will be deducted from the total percentage of your best four subjects. This calculation of the best four is different for every course and very few colleges have a different method of selecting the best four and that is also limited to some special courses.
Apart from this, all the colleges have a similar procedure for the best four calculations. Delhi University releases an admission bulletin every year and you can consult it for better understanding.
If you enroll in the January session:
Yearly programs — You must submit your assignments by September 30th and your TEE by December 30th.
Semi-annual/semester programs — You must turn in your assignments by April 15th, and your TEE by June 30th.
If you enroll in the July session.
Yearly program—You must submit your assignments by March 31st, and your TEE in June.
Semi-annual/semester programs — You must turn in your assignments by October 15th, and your TEE in December.
IGNOU exams are held twice a year. In June and December. Occasionally, IGNOU extends the deadline.
There's one more thing to think about. Assignments for the July session and the January session (for the following year of that July session) are the same in IGNOU. Also, when you submit the assignments, make sure that they are the most recent available assignments for your course for the current year in which you are submitting them. For example, if you enrolled in January 2021 and did not complete the assignments in the first year, you must complete the newly available assignments for the next year, which are for the January 2022 session.
If you work in a central government-funded institution, you will definitely receive the paycheque on time that is the last working day of the month. However, the situation may not be the same in state government institutions where salaries are not received on time.
I have a few friends in Kasturba Medical College, AIIMS, and JIPMER and all of them told me that they receive their salary exactly on the last day of the month.
However, many other less-reputed hospitals and medical colleges, dont pay their residents and interns or they receive the paycheck extremely late. I believe in order to create a strong healthcare system, we must cater to basic necessities such as paying the healthcare workforce on time.
Whether pursuing MBA from Jaipuria Institute of Management Noida is worthwhile or not depends entirely on your individual circumstances and goals.
If you have scored well in any of the MBA entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, or XAT, you may consider exploring other top colleges that may offer better ROI. However, if your scores are average or below average, you may consider pursuing MBA from low budget college preferably from UP, where the fee structure is much lower than that of Jaipuria.
While Jaipuria offers good academics and placement records, getting placed in a good company can be challenging. It is advisable to contact a few seniors who are working or have worked in the same company before applying for the job.
In conclusion, if you are investing your money in your dream, you obviously want a return on investment. While Jaipuria Institute of Management Noida can help you build confidence, improve your public speaking skills, and meet intelligent people during guest talks, you may not get the return on investment you desire.
I know a person who is pursuing Neurosurgery and he does not feel it is not necessary to go through 3 years of MS general surgery before taking up neurosurgery. As a 6-year student, he was supposed to rotate through 10 months of general surgery.
He did not find general surgical skills that he acquired during the rotation, of much use in neurosurgery, other than the very basic knot tying and suturing skills, which can also be acquired through dedicated lab practice.
The other techniques followed in neurosurgery are significantly different from those followed in general surgery. The extensive use of the surgical microscope and bipolar coagulation for hemostasis distinguishes this surgical discipline from general surgery.
Today, neurosurgeons typically use access surgeons (thoracic surgeons or urologists) if they want to perform any unconventional approaches to the spine, which is much safer for the patient.
A lot of post-MS students don’t find much difference in incompetence or spectrum of surgeries and they are comfortable when compared with those having gone through six years of courses.
Globally, there is a trend towards running integrated courses only. Also, in India, pursuing a 6 years’ course after MBBS means you will have one less entrance examination to worry about.
Like any other engineering college, the Computer Science placements are superior at Thapar University in comparison to other branches. The majority of students with good grades end up getting a decent job.
Here are a few points highlighting the CS placement scenario at Thapar University
Overall, the Computer Science placements at Thapar University are great!
Students should follow the mentioned steps to be provided, following which you will be able to improve your preparation. Here are some of the steps to prepare for IES CS -
Step 1: Know your syllabus.
You should always know your exam syllabus and the important topics for your exam. Mark out all the important things and topics and then make a study plan according to the length of your syllabus.
Step 2: Get your study materials.
As you have your syllabus now, you should get all the study materials required to study for the exam. You should have your textbooks but along with them you should also get some references and guides to get more in-depth knowledge of the topics and make your basics clear.
Step 3: Study.
Now as you have your syllabus and study materials ready, here comes the most important step STUDY. Study hard and complete the syllabus within the time period before the exam is near so you can give sufficient time to all the topics and don't miss out on anything.
Step 4: Revisions and tests.
After completing your syllabus, you should revise that twice to thrice completely and take tests of yourself by attempting questions paper from last year and make yourself completely ready for the exam.
These are some of the points you can go through to help you improve your preparation for IES Civil Engineering.
I’ll be sharing with you my opinion on both.
As a 6-year MCh candidate, you’ll rotate through 10 months of general surgery. However, general surgery skills aren’t of much use in Neurosurgery, except the very basic knot-tying and suturing skills. You can also acquire those from dedicated lab practice. The other techniques followed in Neurosurgery are very different from those followed in general surgery.
Neurosurgeons generally use access surgeons (thoracic surgeons or urologists) to perform unconventional approaches to the spine. It is much safer for the patient. Also, opting for a 6-year course after MBBS means one less entrance exam.
So it isn’t very beneficial for you to take up 3 years of MS general surgery. I would recommend you choose the direct 6 year Mh Neurosurgery course at AIIMS or NIMHANS instead.
