There is no fixed time limit. The time it takes to get the online certificate degree from BR Ambedkar University varies. I have a few friends from the university. Some of them got their certificate within 3 months, some of them had to wait over a year. The overall process is slow. You can track the progress through their online portal.
You will enjoy your college life more at Mithibai. Here are some of the reasons why you should choose Mithibai over NM.
One of my friends studied at Lady Hardinge Medical College. According to her, the experience in the Lady Hardinge Medical College can be depicted as such:
Internship -
There are certain advantages of studying in Lady Hardinge College too. Being an all-girls college, it helps girls to feel comfortable, safe, and independent at any time be it 3 am. The location is just the best and has the best food outlets.
The infrastructure is good. However, the new hostel is better. The auditorium is the best place on the campus. The institute provides good academics and has all the facilities available including the labs, libraries, dissection halls, LT’s, etc.
Before beginning with my answer, I would like for you to make a note that no mess food can ever compete with home food. So it is not worth it to compare the two.
Coming to BITS Hyderabad, the mess food is quite decent. There are two messes on the campus, and they serve both North and South Indian meals on most days.
At first, you’ll be delighted by the variety of dishes served by the messes. But as time goes by, you’ll get bored of eating the same kind of food, served strictly according to the mess time table. Further, you’ll begin to miss your mom’s recipes, which will ultimately make you think that the food at the hostels is not good at all. Because of all this, you’ll start eating at the cafeteria or miss some meals altogether.
Speaking in a more practical and evaluative fashion, the mess food at BITS Hyderabad is certainly better than many IITs and NITs. You’ll be served decent and satisfactory meals at the college.
Around 90% of students in this department get placed. However, the core job offers are very limited and most of them go for other options. Some are doing research in our department from foreign universities. Last year the median salary package offered was around 18 LPA and the highest salary package was 38 LPA.
Top recruiters of this branch include
Core and non-core recruiters are TCS and Wipro which select interns from the Geology branch. Most students get placed in December itself and have some or other kind of job offers by the time college ends.
A number of students were awarded research fellowships from prestigious institutions like the Indian Academy of Sciences, the Indian National Science Academy, the DST-INSPIRE, etc.
Firstly, The students from BITS Pilani, Goa, got exposed to club activities in non-technical fields in the first year itself, which played a major role in decreasing their interest in the core subjects and starting to cross over to other nontechnical skills. They only understood their exact passion for the core subject after doing the compulsory branch courses in the third year. And they finally started to build up their technical skills in the last year. This tendency only leads to a lack of experience in the technical field.
Secondly, most of the students here are not actually passionate about their courses because cut-offs decided their careers. This lack of interest decreases productivity.
Thirdly, the students give more importance to the CGPA and have the tendency to mug up every topic without having a deep understanding. Of course, a CGPA is good for higher education. But most of the students end up lacking technical skills in their field due to this tendency.
And there are so many other reasons, including a lack of course projects and electives, an increase in competitive coding culture, and so on.
Honestly speaking, both Thapar University and Manipal University are reputable institutions for a B.Tech in computer science. So the decision on which one is better for you ultimately depends on your personal preferences and priorities. is
Thapar University is a highly esteemed, private engineering and technology university located in Patiala, India. Known for its strong academic programs and rich research culture in computer science, this university has it all. Additionally, it offers a range of student services, including career counseling and internships.
Manipal University, on the other hand, is a private university located in Manipal, India. It is one of the oldest and most established universities in the country and is known for its iRobot programs in CSE. The university has a number of student-driven bodies that promote extracurricular activities.
Some factors to consider while choosing between the two include
Both the colleges are almost similar in all aspects. So what actually matters is that if you live in the North, choose Thapar but if you are from the south choose Manipal. Both universities have the same fee and both are equally reputed private colleges after BITS. So I would suggest that whichever college is near your hometown go for it.
Ultimately, both universities are highly esteemed institutions and either one would be a decent choice for a B.Tech in computer science.
If you are considering which institute to choose for your higher education, IIIT LUCKNOW should be at the top of your list. Here are the reasons why:
In summary, IIIT Lucknow is an excellent choice for your higher education due to its national importance, talented faculty members, successful placements, and rapidly improving campus infrastructure.
Yes, IIM Sambalpur has hostel facilities through its temporary hostel Sambalpur University Hostel.
For more information, you can always contact a student or alumni of the same institute.
When you look at Tier 3 cities, you should not expect good placements as compared to those you might bag in metro cities. The same is true for IMS Indore as well. It could be the best college in Madhya Pradesh, but the MBA program offered by the college is clearly not as enriching as that offered in a metro city. This will eventually affect placements which will cause them to be poorer.
From what most of us have observed, not all students will get placed. Only about 50% of the total students will possibly land a job with the highest salary offered at INR 6.5 lakhs per annum. The lowest salary offered is INR 3.5 lakhs per annum.
None the less, there are quite a few placement services offered by the college. These include summer placement and training that are offered on a regular basis. They also have strong linkages with the industry and many public organizations.
Some of the recruiters at the college include ITC, Nestle, Aditya Birla, Johnson & Johnson, Asian Paints and Deloitte. Another helpful point that could possibly interest you is the collaboration for MBA in Hospital Administration that the college has with Tulane University in the US.
As a suggestion, you should look for colleges in Maharashtra for an MBA as that will definitely help you seek better opportunities than IMS Indore.
