NLSIU Bangalore offers a Student Exchange Program for BA LLB (Hons). The exchange program is a great means of expanding one’s knowledge base, gaining fresh insights, and creating a wide professional network. Partner universities for this program include some of the top universities in the world such as- the National University of Singapore, Georgetown University, the University of Cape Town, and more.
To be eligible for the program, one must be in their 5th year. The duration of this exchange program is 2 trimesters only. The students are notified about the application process via email and the NLS website. The selection criteria, fee structure, etc. are updated regularly, and the students are notified accordingly.

Yes, IIT Bhilai offers a part-time PhD program. Working personnels such as engineers, scientists, teachers, etc., who can not attend the regular PhD classes are eligible for the sponsored part-time PhD program.
The applicant must be engaged professionally in a relevant field, and be employed by a recognised organisation. They must regularly be available for discussions and meetings with their PhD supervisor. At the time of admission, the candidate must provide an undertaking; a No Objection Certificate from the employer. This will ensure that they will be available for coursework.
The general eligibility criteria for the PhD program is a valid score in UGC-NET or GATE, and at least 60% of marks in post graduation. To apply for the PhD program, the candidate must fill an online application form available at- https://www.iitbhilai.ac.in/index.php?pid=phd_admission

The IIT Bhilai campus is spread across 442 acres of land. Its built-up area is approximately 1.5 lakh sq. metres.
It features modern facilities with 16 main buildings, 25 auxiliary buildings, a state-of-the-art central instrument facility, an engineering workshop, a data centre, a library, and a lecture hall complex.

The IIT Ropar Physics Department was established in 2009 with an aim to deliver high-level teaching methodologies and top-notch research work in advanced areas of experimental & theoretical physics.

Dr. Rajeev Ahuja is the present IIT Ropar director. He joined his office as the director on 1st April 2021. Dr. Ahuja is a top Materials scientist, and a highly cited researcher in both India & Sweden. He completed his Ph.D. from IIT Roorkee in 1992. After that, he joined Uppsala University, Sweden as a postdoctoral fellow. Currently, he is also a professor at Uppsala University, Sweden for Computational Materials science.
At IIT Madras, you’ll be provided with a hostel room at the time of admissions. But if you want to live outside the campus, you must check out some PGs or Rooms nearby.
