Unfortunately no, there is no provision for transfer from SOL to a regular college at University of Delhi. It is so because SOL is an institution in itself, like any other college.
You can try to migrate into some other college but you will not be granted admission if your scores in SOL exams are not very high.
The students of SOL are often looked down upon when compared to regular colleges. Your marks will be scrutinized before you are allowed to migrate to the college. Most students are turned down because that would mean an increase in the workload.
IIIT Hyderabad hostel rooms are like that of any typical hostel. They can easily house two students but sometimes are too cramped. The hostel rooms also have a cupboard which will hold most of your belongings. The beds are also of average size.
Usually, BTech students are allotted single occupancy rooms in the first 2 years after which they are shifted to their single rooms. These rooms are quite spacious than many other engineering college hostels. A friend currently in her first year at IIIT Hyderabad shared the following photo of her room

She claimed the hostels to be decent with wifi and laundry facilities.
IIM Indore IPM is better. This program was the first of its kind, in India and 6 batches have already graduated. As per the 2022 placement highlights, the average CTC for IPM was INR 25 LPA. At IIM Rohtak, IPM is a new course. The first batch will graduate in 2024.
Other than these factors, the two IPM programs vary in terms of course curriculum and selection criteria.

VGSoM runs an extremely sophisticated placement cycle, and positions such as Sales Management, Business Analyst, IT Consulting, Product Management, Financial Advisory, IT Consulting, and Business Advisory are offered in each academic cycle. Considering the handsome Fee to Package ratio, VGSoM is pretty good at placement.
There is no official ranking of Satyawati College, University of Delhi. However, the institute was accredited with an ‘A’ grade by NAAC. The student crowd for streams like Economics/Political Science/BCom is decent. There are also many active student societies. The institute offers ample internship, placement and other opportunities to the students.
One of my friends had a great MBA interview experience at IIT Kanpur. She had a completely different and exhilarating experience which was nothing like what was going on there. In fact, the students being interviewed before she had been evaluated on the basis of their knowledge of Engineering that too from the 1st year. Almost everyone had no idea because around 6 years had passed and everyone had forgotten even the basic concepts let alone the questions they were being asked.
Before entering the interview room she was very scared and clueless. She found herself in a small room with 2 male panelists.
The interview ended on a friendly note and she left the room with a light heart. Surprisingly enough, she was able to convert.

If you have a choice between Indian Maritime University and Tolani Maritime Institute, you should choose the latter. I have friends from both these institutes. Based on their experiences, I will say Tolani Maritime Institute is better than IMU in terms of facilities, faculties, management, training, placement. According to the recent placement highlights, the placement average is 80%. Some of the major recruiters that visit the campus placements are Teekey, NYK, MSI, etc.
