For the students having CRL in between 4-10k in JEE Mains, this is the most difficult choice for them. There are several factors according to which a student should make a decision. Here are the factors.
Interest: Among Artificial Intelligence and Business Informatics, you should go with his/her interests.
Scope: Scope plays an important role as what's in trend today would be out of trend tomorrow. In this category, AI is the future.
Here a little bit about both courses to help you give an idea.
AI is the mechanism through which a machine displays its intelligence as a human does which depends on the existing data and instructions while Business Informatics combines the knowledge of economics, IT, and CSE and is focussed mainly on business-related areas.
The other factors that you should consider are as follow.
Placements: Although both AI and BI are in demand, the placements are rigorously good in AI. If you are good with the concepts of BI you could get placed in that field too.
Curriculum: Both courses have a specifically designed curriculum.
College Life: It plays an important role in the overall development of a student and IIIT Lucknow has better infrastructure than IIIT Allahabad and would be more suitable.
Location: IIIT Lucknow is a prime location. But you should consider the distance of the institute from your home too.
If you are conflicted about the courses, I will suggest that you go with CSAI, it is a border field and you will have good opportunities in the future. But if you want a good college life go for BI at IIIT Lucknow.
A few of my friends are alumni from IIIT Allahabad. The scope of the Dual Degree BTech + MTech course is good.
The only reason that the cutoff is a little bit lower for Dual Degree courses is that many of you might be hesitant to spend one extra year in college. But for a college like IIIT Allahabad, it is worth spending an extra year. Sadly, in 2018 the 5-year dual degree courses were disbanded due to some administrative instability.
Ans. If you have to choose between BITS and IIITA. You should definitely go with IIIT Allahabad. At IIITA, there is no home state quota i.e. seats reserved for students of Allahabad. BITS has a no-reservation policy.

Coding Culture
So, if you have the option to choose between CSE at BITS Hyderabad and IT at IIIT Allahabad, go with IIITA as it is better than BITS in almost all aspects.
Here are a few strong reasons why you should consider choosing IIIT Allahabad over NIT Bhopal.
So it can be safely concluded that IIIT Allahabad is way better than NIT Bhopal.
No, there are no personal bathrooms available in the hostels of IIIT Allahabad for both boys and girls. However, research scholars do have their own bathrooms. Here is how the bathroom facilities at IIIT Allahabad hostels are
Hope this helps you!
One thing which attracts students to IIIT Allahabad is their convincing placement record. The main reason for this is the strong coding culture they follow. Students have an unconditional love for coding here. The time spent at IIIT-A will be pleasant as it's not just about academics but there are other fun activities on campus. You will get to be part of various tech clubs which will improve your practical approach towards your field of interest. Music, sports or literary clubs will give you a good opportunity to widen your network.

Well, the answer is definitely.
Firstly, it should always be remembered that all the normalisation progression of JEE Mains and boards mark is very out of order. The thing is that every percent that the student scored in their board exam is worth a huge rank difference of 2334. However, the calculation is done as per the unwarranted normalisation formula. Besides, IIIT Hyderabad is a private institute, and it considers JEE main scores with a definite cut-off mark in the previous board examination.
Additionally, IIIT Allahabad considers its admission process in two ways. One is JEE Main scores with a definite percentage in the previous board exams or only JEE Advanced scores. Regarding this, the first option is quite impractical as IIITA is a Central Government affiliated institute; thus, it implements only the second options; that is, the scores of JEE Advanced.
Another important thing is that IIITA is almost similar to IITs and then to the NITs because, in this institute, there is no state quota. Besides, the remuneration of the Professors of this institute is almost similar to IITs. It represents that this institute admits students considering the JEE Advanced scores. But, the student should keep in mind that it is not so important how they get admission to IIITA; the thing is how they will perform in this institute in their entire course tenure.
Based on your AIR of 3071 and GATE score of 537, you have a fair chance of getting into IIIT-Allahabad for an M.Tech program. However, the actual odds of admission depend on various factors such as the number of seats available, the number of applicants, and the cutoff scores of the institute.
Here are some things to keep in mind:
In conclusion, while your GATE score and AIR are decent, it is difficult to predict the exact odds of getting admission to IIIT-Allahabad. However, with a good performance in the further admission process, you may increase your chances of securing a seat in the institute.
Considering this question, the first thing that can be highlighted is that both of these institutes cannot be compared at all. However, studying IT in IIIT Allahabad is far better as it offers several opportunities, as well as institutional environment and infrastructure to assist the student in their career growth appropriately.
However, CSE at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) is not so secure considering the programming prospects and study culture that the student will get at IIITA. This choice is easy enough for the student to make as per their career perspectives.
The following table gives a brief overview of these two institutes:
|
Criteria |
IIITA |
VIT |
|
Highest CTC |

Thus, considering the above facts, it can be stated that between these two institutes, the student must go for IIIT Allahabad, as VIT can’t be compared at all.
Yes, IIIT Allahabad is certainly a tier-1 college. Although tier-1 is a broad category I can only think of 4 IIITs that fall into this category namely
The remaining IITs can be termed as tier 2 and tier 3.
