Has anyone taken admission in AIIMS Patna this year?
Yes, my friend was delighted to announce her admission to AIIMS Patna, her dream college this year. She took the decision after conducting thorough research and talking to the alumni of the institute. For her own satisfaction, she even visited the campus to clear any doubts.
The vast campus put all her worries to rest and she finalized her decision the very instant. She claims that all tier-2 AIIMS colleges are similar in terms of facilities and academics. What matters is the AIIMS tag which she finally got!
Do 12th board marks matter a lot in IPM IIM Indore admissions?
You must, however, also be taking the entrance exam for other programs. The following are the causes:
- The 5-year IIM Indore program is not the best or the most worthwhile route to graduation for anyone. Nobody, however, can contest the opportunities for employment and other benefits.
- It is very expensive.
- You may regret not taking additional science or social science courses during your undergraduate or graduate studies. You should always keep in mind that you can take business studies at any point in your academic career.
Is it difficult to get admission in Ambedkar University Delhi?
Whether taking admission to Ambedkar University Delhi will be difficult or not depends on the course you are choosing.
For undergraduate courses in Economics, the required cutoff is about 2% lower as compared to the University of Delhi. It’s better to opt for AUD, rather than off-campus DU colleges.
For a postgraduate in Economics, the examination pattern and the level of examination is similar to JNU. First, you are required to clear the cutoff objective, only then your subjective answers are marked. You will be shortlisted for the interview, only when you clear the overall cutoff.
When my term-end examination will take place as I enrolled in MEG 1 IGNOU in the month of July?
Every year, IGNOU holds its TEE (Term End Examinations) in June and December.
The practical and theoretical parts of the same course must be mentioned separately in the exam form, and the fees are also separate for both. The exam fee for both theory and practical courses/papers is currently 60/- rupees.
Typically, a grace period of 10-20 days is also allowed for the submission of examination forms, with a Late Fee of around 1000/- rupees as of now. The exact end date of the grace period as well as the late fee amount are communicated separately.
If the previous examination's results have not been declared, you should include those courses in the exam form. You may also be exempt from paying the exam fee for such courses. At the time of exam form submission, confirm this with the respective study center. Please keep in mind that the assignment portion of the respective courses must be completed before submitting the exam, or your hall ticket for the examination may be withheld. You are considered an Eligible Candidate once you register for a course and complete the semester/year allotted to that course.
Once you are eligible, you can take the exam in any subsequent TEE (June or December). You can still appear in both TEEs if your course is year-based rather than semester-based. This is a major source of confusion for students enrolled in annual programs.
You may reappear for a paper as many times as necessary to pass it (mind the maximum program duration, however). If the previous examination result was not declared or if you did not receive at least 40% pass marks, you should reappear.
You cannot reappear for that course TEE once you have received the minimum required marks (typically 40%). You must complete ALL courses within the maximum time frame for the Program.
How much chance to get admission in NITIE Mumbai after shortlisted for GD AND PI ?
One of my friends graduated from NITIE. According to him, being shortlisted from NITIE depends on several factors. Let me share the ones I got to know about.
- The most important factor is the GD and PI rounds.
- PI generally has a greater weightage than GD.
- Another important factor is your previous qualifications. If you have a great academic score overall in your 10th, 12th, and Graduation, you will then stand out among others.
- These scores must be equivalent to getting 94 and above out of 100.
- If you have 2-3 years of work experience, you will also be preferred among other candidates without work experience.
Keep a check on the waitlists. After the first-round selection, a lot of students tend to leave NITIE for other options. At this moment you can get selected.
What is the process of getting an admission at IIIT Bangalore for a B.Tech?
In order to join the iM.Tech course at IIIT Bangalore, you need to clear JEE Mains with around 8000 rank. After attaining this rank, visit the IIITB website and apply for an iM.Tech in CS/EC. You’ll receive an offer letter after which you can join this college.
The college does not follow any reservation criteria for its admissions. So with a decent rank in JEE Mains, you’ll get admission to the integrated program. The faculty is top-notch, with educators having studied at prestigious colleges like CMU, Stanford, University of Waterloo, etc. You’ll be taught an updated curriculum, and the studies will be industry relevant.
This is how you can get admission into IIIT Bangalore for your iM.Tech. The college does not offer a B.Tech degree.
What is the admission procedure at Presidency University, Calcutta?
The admission procedure followed at Presidency University for Post Graduation is through the entrance examination. As per the government of West Bengal, 60% of seats are reserved for internal students. The rest of the seats are open to all students.
Departments like Political Science, English, History, and Physics conduct separate admission examinations. But for the finalized ranking, the examination scores and the aggregate percentage of board exams are taken and combined together.
Hindi and Philosophy departments consider the marks of the board examination. But, a final combination of the subject and the aggregate score is generally accepted to declare admission.

IIM Calcutta has around 200-220 general category seats. Also, it rejects 4 students for 1 selection which means around 1100 students are shortlisted. To be among these 1100 students you need to have at least 99.33 percentile.
The chances increase if you are a favorable candidate apart from a high CAT score. Being a female, non-engineer, decent work experience. If you aren’t then your cutoff increases to 99.5.
Your chances drop to 0.5% and passing the interview round becomes more difficult.
So work around the factors I have mentioned beforehand to become a favorable candidate for admission into IIMC
How do I get admission in Jadavpur University?
Jadavpur University offers admission to many faculties. Here are the admission criteria for the different faculties at the university.
Engineering Faculty: This faculty offer Bachelor’s in Engineering and Architecture. You will need a good WBJEE rank in order to get admission to the Engineering branches.
Science Faculty: JU offers bachelors in many Science subjects. Admission to these branches is based on merit. The university declares cutoff after the result publication of popular boards in West Bengal.
Arts Faculty: Most Art faculty branches conduct entrance examinations. Admission is based on merit in 10+2 and the entrance test.
There is also admission via sports quota for all departments. The cutoff for sports quota is a little less.

The admission procedure for an M.Tech program at IIT Delhi typically involves the following steps:

- You can also apply for cross department courses.For instance, a student who has done B.Tech. in Electrical Engg can pursue M.Tech. in ComputerTechnology / Mathematics / Physics / etc depending upon the course requirements/eligibility by the concerned dept.
- Once the GATE scores are released , visit the admission portal for MTech and apply formally
- Frequently check the admissions page or your email for updates regarding shortlisting
