New Delhi: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board has announced the WBJEE Result 2024. All the candidates who have participated in the WBJEE 2024 Exam can check WBJEE results through the official website of WBJEEB at wbjeeb.nic.in. WBJEE Results 2024 has been declared through a press conference on June 6, 2024, at 2.30 pm. The WBJEE 2024 rank cards will be available for download from 4 pm onwards.

According to the official WBJEE website, the results of the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination, 2024 (WBJEE 2024) for admission into Engineering / Technology / Architecture / Pharmacy Degree Courses in Universities / Colleges in West Bengal will be published on June 6, 2024, (Thursday). In this regard a Press Conference will be arranged at 2.30 p.m. Downloadable ‘Rank Cards’ will be available in Board’s websites at wbjeeb.nic.in and wbjeeb.in from 4.00 pm onwards.

Once released, the WBJEE 2024 counselling process will begin, which includes online registration, fee payment, choice filling, and seat allotment. Candidates must register online separately for the counselling process once the dates and instructions are announced. The seat allotment will be based on the candidates' ranks and marks.

How to Check WBJEE 2024 Results?

Candidates can go through the following steps to check and download the WBJEE 2024 results.

Step 1: Go to the WBJEE 2024 results official website, @wbjeeb.nic.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, Click on the WBJEE results link available.

Step 3: It'll redirect you to the login page where you should use your application number and password.

Step 4: Upon successful login, the WBJEE results 2024 will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Download and take a printout of the WBJEE scorecard for future reference.

This year, the WBJEE examination took place on Sunday, April 28, 2024, for almost 1 Lakh students. The exam was conducted in two shifts: Paper 1 (Mathematics) from 11 am to 1 pm, and Paper 2 (Physics, Chemistry) from 2 pm to 4 pm. The provisional answer key was released on May 6, with the objection window closing on May 9. The OMR sheets, responses, and challenge responses were released on May 22, 2024.

What After WBJEE Result 2024?

Along with the announcement of the WBJEE 2024 results, the authorities will release the WBJEE merit list. The shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in the counseling process. The WBJEE 2024 merit list will be based on candidates' marks in each subject and their total marks, considering the candidates' categories.

The WBJEE 2024 General Merit List (GMR) will be based on scores obtained in all subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) of the entrance examination.

Further, separate merit lists will be released for reserved category candidates, including SC Rank, ST Rank, OBC-A Rank, OBC-B Rank, PwD Rank, and TFW Rank. However, the GMR will be used for all rounds of WBJEE counseling and seat allotment.
