WB JELET 2026 Round 3 Counselling Registration Begins; Check Last Date to Apply

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has opened the Round 3 counselling registration and choice filling window for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination for Lateral Entry Test (WB JELET) 2026 on the official portal at wbjeeb.nic.in/jelet. The registration and choice filling process will remain open till September 20, 2026.

The third round seat allotment result will be declared on September 22, 2026. This is the final round of the centralised counselling process. It is conducted against seats remaining vacant after Round 2. Eligible candidates who missed the earlier rounds can also register fresh for this round.

Who Is Eligible for Round 3 Counselling?

Candidates who have qualified WB JELET 2026 and hold a valid rank can participate in Round 3. Applicants who did not register in the earlier rounds may also apply through fresh registration. Those already allotted a seat in Round 2 must first check their current allotment status before making choices in Round 3.

How to Register for WB JELET 2026 Round 3 Counselling?

Follow these steps to complete registration and choice filling on the WBJEEB portal:

1. Visit the official portal at wbjeeb.nic.in/jelet.
2. Click on the JELET 2026 Round 3 counselling registration link.
3. Log in using the WB JELET application number and password.
4. Fill the required details and pay the counselling fee online.
5. Select and lock preferred institute and branch choices in order of priority.
6. Save and download the confirmation page for future reference.

What Happens After Seat Allotment?

Candidates who secure a seat in Round 3 must accept the allotment on the portal. They then need to pay the admission fee by September 25, 2026. Reporting and document verification at the allotted institute follows as per the schedule notified by WBJEEB. Failure to complete these steps within the deadline will result in cancellation of the allotted seat.
