University of Hyderabad PhD 2024-25 Candidate List Out; Counselling on January 29

Shortlisted candidates have to physically report (no proxy allowed) for admission counselling at 9:30 am at the Centre for Integrated Studies, South Campus, University of Hyderabad. Read the article for more details.

University of Hyderabad PhD 2024-25 Candidate List

The University of Hyderabad has released the list of shortlisted candidates based on their performance in the UGC-NET/CSIR-NET examination and Interviews for admission to PhD programs for the 2024-25 academic year.

Candidates allotted a seat after the admission counselling must pay the admission and semester fee on the same day to confirm the seat. All candidates (except PwD) must pay INR 9860 towards the admission fee for the first semester. All the PwD candidates are required to pay INR 5230.

University of Hyderabad PhD Admission 2024-25 Documents

Candidates have to report for admission counselling with the following documents in original and 2 sets of photocopies:

10th Certificate
12th Certificate
Bachelor Degree Certificate
Bachelor Degree Marks Memo
Master’s Degree Certificate
Master’s Degree Marks Memo
GATE/JRF/UGC-NET Score Card (If applicable)
M.Phil Degree Certificate (If applicable)
Copy of UOH Admission Application
Recent passport-size photo
Transfer Certificate & Migration Certificate from the institution last studied
Signed Medical Declarations, Affidavits, etc. (form link)
Category Certificate – SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwD (OBC-NCL form link, EWS form link)

The consequential vacancies that occur due to the withdrawal of seats or cancellation of admission will be filled with the next eligible candidate in the merit order in the respective category. The vacant seats will be allotted to candidates who have reported and signed on the attendance sheet on the day of admission counselling. Candidates who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be considered.
