The University of Horticultural Sciences, Bagalkot has announced the college allotment list for individuals seeking admission to its PhD program through the ICAR Quota. Candidates whose names appear on the list are instructed to visit the Dean's office for the physical admission procedure on or before March 3, 2025.

UHS PhD Program Documents Required
Candidates are required to show the following documents at the time of admission:
- Proof of birth date: High School/Class X/Matriculation certificate.
- All certificates and mark sheets/grade reports for Classes X and XII.
- Final year mark sheets/grade reports for undergraduate/bachelor's/master's degrees/certificates from the Registrar of the relevant university.
- The candidate was awarded an admit card by the NTA.
- Computer-generated confirmation page for an online application submitted to the NTA.
- ICAR issues Rank Cards.
- ICAR issued an allotment letter.
- Provisional Admission Letter.
- Passport-sized color pictures.
- Aadhaar card.
- Domicile certificate.
- Character certificate from the head of the previous institution attended.
- The competent authority issues SC, ST, UPS, OBC (NCL), and Gen-EWS category certificates in accordance with the Central Government's regulations.
- A Government Hospital issues a Medical Certificate (for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities - PwBD), which includes a description of the type and degree of disability.
- Sponsorship Certificate/Declaration from the Candidate's Employer (for candidates in service).
Candidates who fail to produce any of the aforementioned documents at the time of admission risk losing their admission opportunity. At the time of admission, candidates must pay the remaining first-semester fees of INR 54,160/- (excluding the INR 10,000/- paid at ICAR for Seat Acceptance).
