NMIMS School of Architecture B.Arch Program Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the NMIMS School of Architecture B.Arch Program, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- A candidate cannot be admitted to an architecture course unless they have passed the 10+2 or equivalent exam with 50% of the possible points, with Physics and Mathematics as required subjects, along with Chemistry, Biology, Technical Vocational subjects, Computer Science of Information Technology Engineering Graphics, or Business Studies, with at least 50% of the possible points (OR) passed the 10+3 Diploma Exam with Mathematics as required subjects and at least 50% of the possible points overall.
- The applicant needs to pass an aptitude test in architecture given by the Council of Architecture ("NATA") or NTA (also known as JEE).

NMIMS School of Architecture B.Arch Program Selection Procedure
- The application data on academic marks from the 10+2 exam and the NATA score or aptitude test administered by the Central or State Government's Competent Authority (including JEE Paper-II Aptitude Test in Architecture) will be used to create the merit list.
- Merit alone shall be the basis for selection. The NMIMS's decision will be final, indisputable, and binding on all parties involved in this matter.
- Offers of admission are made based on available space and merit. WAITLISTED candidates must check their status on the merit list as of the website's specified date.
- The chosen candidate must upload the requisite documents and pay the fees in advance. The appropriate authority will then verify the documents and conduct an eligibility check. The candidate will receive the RTGS/NEFT payment information needed to pay the course costs within the allotted period.
In addition to applying to the NMIMS, candidates should apply independently to NATA in order to take the aptitude exam. The 10+2 exam and the valid NATA score entered at the time of online registration will be used to create the merit list. Therefore, it is entirely the candidate's obligation to make sure that the right marks are recorded.
